Bkg.com downgraded .Didn't get a bottle water at 7AM.Need to wait till 10AM for staff to arrive

I had booked with bkg .com.and paid the price shown in bkg.com .But the bkg was transfered to OYO which sells at a lower price. No complimentary breakfast offered ( as per bkg.com).3/4 calls came from that they will provide Rs359 discount if I can pay up early ..I denied , thinking I will remain with bkg.com. But I got OYO amneties at the price of bkg. com

Pros:

We had done the booking but when we went at the hotel it said teh hotel was full and they never got our booking
Pathetic service by booking.com also
We kept calling at the customer service but no one reverted till date
Last minute at 10 pm in night we had to figure out stay for 20 ppl

TRV city stay
Pros:

Close to the airport.Close to the town.Comfortable bed.LIFT.NICE receptionist.

Cons:

No usb charger.No international adapters at the plug point.I arrived past midnight,gate was closed,no bells outside the hotel.The 2 security guards were sleeping,and reception guy were sleeping too.No direct phone number to contact them.They send email asking for partial payment to secure the BOOKING…
Lousy towels.Water pressure were a tad low.
