사정이 있으시겠지만 최소한의 관리가 필요한 것 같습니다.
Pros:

저녁데 도착해서, 공항에서 시내버스타고 내리면 바로 있습니다.

Cons:

502호 머물렀는데 에어컨 날게가 삐그덕거리며 계속 소리 나고, 화장실 하구수 냄새 나서 머리가 깨지것 같고, 세면대 호수가 빠져있는지 물 틀면 물이 바로 바닥으로 빠져요.
환풍기 틀어놓고 문 닫고 자는데도 화장실 냄새가 독해서 창문열고 환기했더니 습해지고....정말 힘들었습니다.
하수구 트랩이라도 설치해서 냄새 막아보는 것 어떠실까요?
에어컨, TV 리모컨 너무 더럽고, 버튼 사이로 접쌀만한 벌레가 나와서 너무 놀랐어요.
제가 물티슈로 여러번 닦았습니다.
밤늦게 잠만 잘고 나갈거고 아이들 있어서 나름 3성급이라고 간건데, 모텔이 나을뻔 했어요. ㅠㅠ
청소하시는 아주머니들은 열심히하시고 친절했습니다.

Cons:

We asked for extra pillow and extra towel because there were three of us in the room , there were only 2 adult towels in the bathroom but they didn’t provide . My sister asked for sugar and cups for coffee but the staff is so hesitant to give. The staff by the lobby are not really friendly. One time they put a staff by the desk who does not speak English at all. Though housekeepers were nice and provided us what we asked for like extra toothpaste. The location is, nice , accessible and convenient.

Pros:

Position was fine! Room is big and clean! Staff is nice! They don't have many parks pots, but there are a lot of free park spots all around! The hall was nice, it seems like a cozy small restaurant.

I never get my room cleaned even I was almost all the time outside...I think you need to ask for that...which makes no sense to me!

Disappointing, not recommended.
Pros:

Nice location and good price

Cons:

stinky bathroom - there might be some sewage issue or whatsoever. Even with the fan on all the time I need to cover my nose whenever I enter the bathroom.
Bad lighting - There is a motion triggered light that we can't switch off. Make sure you have a eye mask because the light is really bright everytime you get up at night.
Staff not helpful - staff doesn't speak English, if you don't speak Korean they won't be bothered to talk to you
The products they provide like toothpaste I can't even open or use them.

I would suggest you to top up your budget just for a little bit more, there are so many other options out there for you to have a better experience
