If you are not to fussy and just want to rent a place to stay for a while then this place is for you,
Pros:

The place is near everything, a walk away from the mall,7/11 its within the city centre

Cons:

The room that we rented looks like it wasn’t clean. The sheet has stain, the towel was so thin, the toilet has stained. It was a mediocre place.

Cons:

The number they provided took 2hrs to answer. They didn't provide complete info, like WHAT UNIT OR ROOM NUMBER.

The Guards was rude and unwelcome..they told us to go away.. they won't allow us to go to Reception or Lobby to confirm our Booking and told us that we were scammed and must GO to Police Station. I don't know if this was their modus. Coz I paid it full already.

The room was good. But bed sheets were kinda dusty. I can't say if it was new or not washed.

Quite disappointed, very poor, had to leave and find another place.
Pros:

The location was decent, but otherwise everything was very poor. Quite disappointed.

Cons:

The bed sheets were stained, the air conditioning didn't work, the wifi didn't work, the room smelt really bad and the bathroom was dirty. No toilet paper or soap provided. I had to book another place much further out from town once I got there which was stressful.

Mesaverte condos good location...
Pros:

There's a stove that we can cook refrigerator and dining table.

Cons:

Rat 🐀 get in side our room.no toilet paper
No trash bag tv don't work no tv 7 days it's suck!move to second condo no Rat thank God ! Tv still don't work..

Good location but disappointed with the setup for a 17 night stay.
Pros:

The location was good in central CBD and walking distance to most main amenities

Cons:

WIFI stopped working for about 5 days and after Mutiple calls to property manager we had no response
Normal TV channels weren't working.
Room smelt like dirty drain water on arrival and needed to buy air freshener
No spare bed linen and old ripped bath towels
Minimal kitchen cups, glasses, plates etc . needed to buy glasses

It was ok, I would recommend staying there but visiting the room before I book it would be a must.

I liked the gym. A bit old but you can still workout.

Excellent place to stay in downtown CDO.
Pros:

Excellent location close to 2 malls. Clean room and facility, nice pools. Safe with good security. We got a fine because we entered elevator after using the pool, even though we did not make it wet. But in all it was a great place to stay and we loved the CDO area.

Cons:

Security was unfair in fining us for using elevator after pool. Be aware.
