Really clean, comfortable room, great pressure shower and great temperature. Helpful and kind staff, packed us breakfast because we left to early for the breakfast. Staff helped us book a taxi etc. Would highly recommend. Great internet. Great location
This is no fault of the property, but the one night we were there we had to walk past a group of people who appeared drunk and that were a bit intimidating. I was with my partner and they were no issue, but I would have felt nervous if I was on my own as a solo female walking home late. Accomodation felt very secure. We only stayed one night so this could have been a one off.
La amabilidad de las colaboradoras del hotel que en todo momento se preocuparon de nuestro bienestar. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas y el aseo era impecable.
Eché de menos que la televisión tenga señal abierta para poder ver a ratos los canales locales (no es gran cosa pero en tiempos del mundial de futbol si era un punto). Por otro lado, a pesar de que no tuvimos ningún problema, hay que tener en consideración que el hotel está ubicado en pleno centro histórico, con sus pro y sus contra.

The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly and always nice. They even accommodated a super late check in. I felt bad waking her up but she was super friendly and honestly all the staff was nice.
As many folks have said it can be a little shady at night but the staff will monitor you getting to your uber if you leave. I didn’t feel unsafe but I’m also a thick white male and I walk with a purpose even if I’m going the wrong way. The other issue is the doors lock at midnight so keep that in mind. I’m not sure if they’d let you in after but if you’re going to party in Quito definitely ask. I am 42, I’m always in bed by midnight so it wasn’t an issue for me but maybe because of the neighborhood after dark, not sure.
L’accueil chaque fois que nous franchissons la porte bien sécurisée. Le havre de paix après une journée intense mais aussi bruyante. La beauté du lieu très paisible avec ses cours fleuries et illuminées le soir. Et la vue sur les colinnes aux maisons colorées et la vierges éclairées le soir.
Vraiment on a adoré.
Lit un peu étroit pour des grandes personnes. Petit déjeuner bon.

Excelente hotel, muy limpio, habitaciones amplias, muy bien cuidado, sabroso y variado desayuno pero sobre todo la atención de todo el personal, fue lo mejor. Gracias Casona Tobar.
No street noise. Close to Cathedral
Room was hot, no ventilation. No street noise, but people talking in courtyard kept me up until 10:30, very little English spoken by staff, difficult to find since its not at street level, but on top of a 10 ft wall.
L’établissement est situé dans la partie touristique de la ville et est très sécuritaire. Le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

Cafe da manhã exelente, com frutas como kiwi e morango. Quarto limpo e com boa roupa de cama e toalhas. Atendimento exelente das funcionárias. Localização muito boa. Deixam guardar malas.
Nao é responsabilidade do hotel, mas a noite o centro histórico da uma sensação de inseguranca. Porém, nao tive nenhum problema durante minha estadia e durante o dia é bem tranquilo.

El dormitorio de tres era pequeño
Gutes Frühstück. Als das Badlicht ausfiel, wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Als wir das nicht wollten, wurden uns Getränke als Entschädigung angeboten.
Das Zimmer/Bad waren verhältnismäßig klein.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean with daily cleanings too. Shower in the room was plenty spacious. The ladies were amazing and even fixed us a breakfast to go before breakfast hours so we could make our outing for that day. And the breakfasts were delicious!
