Location was good. Pool facilities were good.
Bathroom was disgusting, room stink of cigarette smoke.
The hotel is situated across the railway station and at the border with the city centre.
The reception is working 24/7, and they are trying to do their best for the guests.

Nice hotel, close to the city and tramvay / train station. It's easy to get anywhere around. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. It was my second time in this hotel and I can truly recommend it.

Very bad place to stay with your family and kids. No help was provided from staff. won't go there ever again!
Noisy nightclub the floor right above us. No baby bed provided. the staff didn't help moving in our bags. not speaking English so communication was very difficult. I would rather pay more than going to this hotel again. Please do not go and support such a cheap hotel. Should be 1 or 2 stars maximum. I hated my stay because of almost everything. The best thing was that I tried NOT to stay in the hotel during the day but I had 3 kids with me (one of them is 6-months old).

Toilet flush was not working, staff gave us a bucket instead.
Receptionist had no uniform and asked unnecessary questions to the stage that we we were not sure if he is actual staff.
