I paid for my room twice. I was charged once on May 21, but when I arrived I was told that no one had received any payment. The conversation was in raised tones, no one wanted to even look at all the confirmations on my phone that I was charged. In the end I had to pay for the room again. Support service booking does not answer. The room is not bad, the outlet did not work, the refrigerator was, but it did not work. In the end, my issue has not been resolved, despite the fact that I have all the evidence that I paid for the room twice. This is the kind of service in Turkish

Нет лифта, очень крутые ступени, в душе был сломан держатель, и температура воды постоянно менялась сама - то слишком холодно, то слишком горячо, а ещё были проблемы с wi-fi.

Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel à 2h du matin après avoir fait 6h de route depuis Goreme. A notre arrivé on nous a simplement donné les clés et dit le numéro de chambre et je comprends pourquoi on ne nous a pas accompagné. En entrant dans la chambre nous sommes complètement dégoutés puisque cette dernière ne correspondait en aucun point à celle de la photo, pas de bouilloire, lit fait à moitié, moisissures partout, doute sur l'état de propreté des draps, frigo pas propre. Si ce n'était pas 2h du matin et que nous n'étions pas épuisés par les 6h de route je serais partie sur le champ.

Oda çok küçüktü, kötü kokuyordu ve temizlik sıfırdı – her yer aşırı kirliydi.
Fotoğraflar internettekiyle tamamen alakasız, açıkça yanıltıcı ve misafirleri kandırmaya yönelik.
En kötüsü ise otel sahibi son derece saygısız, kaba, alaycı ve işbirliğine tamamen kapalıydı.
Yardımcı olmak yerine tartışmacı ve provoke edici bir tavır içindeydi.
Dürüst olmayan, misafirleri önemsemeyen, sadece para kazanmayı düşünen biriyle muhatap olmak zorunda kaldım.
Böylesine kötü bir ortamda kaldığım için çok üzgünüm.
Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum, asla bir daha kalmam.
كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية، لا أنصح بهذا الفندق على الإطلاق.
الغرفة كانت صغيرة جدًا وذات رائحة كريهة، والنظافة كانت معدومة – المكان كان وسخًا بشكل غير مقبول.
مدير الفندق كان يتعامل بطريقة غير لائقة تمامًا وغير محترفة، مما زاد من سوء الإقامة.
والأهم من ذلك، أن الصور الموجودة على الموقع لا تمت للواقع بأي صلة – خداع واضح للمسافرين.
بكل صراحة، كانت تجربة مزعجة من جميع النواحي، ولن أكررها أبدًا.
This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel at all.
The room was extremely small, had a bad smell, and overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable – the place was very dirty.
The hotel manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the stay even worse.
Most importantly, the photos on the website were completely different from reality – very misleading.
Honestly, it was a terrible experience from every aspect, and I would never stay here again.
