Excellent Breakfast. Very clean. Excellent water pressure (Shower).
A little road noise for a poor sleeper. Would not necessarily affect a normal sleeper.
Not a lot
The rooms were in converted basemt rooms, steep stairs and claustriphobic. The advert gives a totaly different impression in what your walking into

Craig was a superb host for this property situated across the road from Hamilton Lake. The property had everything you need for a comfortable stay which included a great breakfast choice. Craig contacted us prior to arrival to see what type of milk and bread we would like.
Victoria street which is less than 5minutes drive away has a vast number of restaurants. This place is also ideally situated to visit the famous Hamilton Gardens.
Nothing really but be aware, if you have difficulties with steps/stairs you need to go down a number to get to accommodation within Craig’s house.
Breakfast was very good and all we expected.
The location was ideal as we had appointments in the town.
Would have liked a view but we’re aware of the situation before we arrived.
The accommodation was great and across the road from the Hamilton Lake great walking around the lake and also the Cafe was a relaxing place to see the lake

We really enjoyed our stay. Craig and Jannet were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking around the parks and town and an easy hop from Auckland for our travels further south. The breakfast and other supplies were thoughtful and great quality. Thank you so much.
We were welcomed at the property by wonderful people (apologies for forgetting names). Very clean and tidy. We were very happy with the unit. Amazing breakfast choices (yes more than one. I would highly recommend to Travellers looking for a clean, comfortable stay.
We were a little disappointed that it was located in the basement area, so no scenery, despite this it was still a comfortable stay.

Every detail of the house was filled with love; the bed and bedding, the shower water pressure, and other facilities were all unbeatable. It was a 5-minute walk to the heart of Lake Hamilton. The 3 days went by quickly, but the wonderful memories will last forever.
May God continue to protect everything you are doing.
Craig was very welcoming and absolutely everything, including a delightful range of breakfast items, was provided.
Overall the unit was quite small and being below street level there wasn't a decent sized window nor a view, so, over a longer stay, it could possibly feel a little claustrophobic.
That said Twee Tuis is highly recommended.

Great location, super comfy bed, excellent breakfast.
Location was excellent - close to all the things we wanted to do. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast things where excellent giving us a great start to the day. Quality was the hallmark of this property.
Would have been less confusing was it obvious this property was part of someone's home. It worked - with it's own access and separate from the rest of the house. Was a surprise though.

I loved having my own little space so close to the city centre. It is just over the road from Hamilton Lake. Lots of choices for breakfast.
It was quite cold, there was a heater in the bedroom area but not in the sitting room.
Wonderful host, very attentive. Close to Waikato Hospital. Highly recommended.
