As We Made a Tour Around Bohol 2024
Pros:

It was a very good experience when the owner of the property made us like our home. He was the one who cooked for our breakfast and the price is very reasonable

Cons:

The property owner denied that booking.com had a booking in his apps.I showed him in my cellphone that we were booked that night.

Super hospitable host. Working shower, bath tub, ref

Cons:

Poor maintenance. I was surprised by the bath tub but immediately felt grossed looking at it. Cob-webs are everywhere. Also very dusty.

Undesirable and uncomfortable. Not recommended for others to stay. Bad experience for our family.

Nothing at All.

Cons:

The owner is arrogant and sarcastic, not approachable. The property in far from restaurants and stores and transportation is limited. Not enough linen, price is not reasonable for that kind of accommodation. Toilet not clean. I booked for 8 adults and 2 children, upon arrival the owner told me that the room i booked is good only for two pax. So i was forced to add additional room that can accommodate our group. The owner even told me that ge is not oblige to put the features or specifics of the rooms since it is his property.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We stayed at Gemini as a group of 6 and really enjoyed our stay! Even tough we had technical issues with the booking, the host Rey helped out very nicely and helped us fixing the problem. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was good. The hotel is in walking distance to Dumaluan Beach and only 8-10 minutes drive to Alona Beach. Rey also prepared breakfast for us and made us feel very welcome.
