If you like cold showers this is the place to stay!
Pros:

The location was exactly what we were expecting. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores. The front desk staff were helpful, as much as they could be making excuses for the accommodations shortfalls.

Cons:

During our 8 day stay we never had hot water, barely lukewarm. Staff always said that maintenance was working on it, but it became evident that they weren’t. I was finally given access to what was housekeeping storage room that had hot water so I could wash my hair. My husband got a cold and awful cough, I feel as a result of the cold showers we had to endure. Housekeeping only came after we complained that no service had been provided.
Huge disappointment as we are returning next month for another visit as will be seeking other accommodations.

Pros:

L'emplacement impeccable , il est situé carrément à 100 mètre de la quinta avenida parfait pour aller se balader le soir , très bel hôtel et personnel super

Cons:

Problème de douche , eau chaude qui arrive au bout de 15 min il fallait laisser coulé l'eau et ya des jours où je n'avais malheureusement pas d'eau chaude pour me doucher..

Get stay overall
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and very good. Hotel was still new so everything worked well. roof top pool was great. hotel did not have a gym which would be a bonus and make the stay even better. Maria the maid was excellent and Maria at the front desk ( both ladies were named Maria ) was great as well. Very clean hotel.

Cons:

Beds were only twin size , would be better if they were at least double size. Price was a little high for the amenities.

Excellent, couldn’t have wished for anything more, especially as it was do reasonably priced.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely room. Spotlessly clean. Cleaned daily. Ample Mexican style breakfast. Fabulous pool area but most of all staff were amazing. Worked aimlessly to meet our needs and couldn’t do enough for us. Service with a smile. A couple of minutes walk to 5th Avenue which is very lively and an entertaining area with lots of great bars and restaurants but hotel was always quiet in our apartment and pool area. We travel to Mexico several times a year and will definitely stay again soon. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Cons:

Would have like a larger choice of breakfast but what we experienced was ample.

Struttura da rivedere
Pros:

La posizione anche se non proprio centrale, ma abbastanza comoda.

Cons:

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 10 giorni e purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata delle migliori. La struttura nel complesso è trascurata e presenta criticità : gli asciugamani forniti erano rovinati e logori, dando l'impressione di trascuratezza. Non c'era acqua calda disponibile anche se l'hotel ha cercato di rimediare fornendomi un'altra stanza, solo per fare la doccia, per me un disagio non da poco. Resta il fatto che un servizio base come l'acqua calda dovrebbe essere garantito. Il personale era scarso, un ascensore rotto per 10 giorni e l'ultimo giorno anche l'altro non funzionava. La colazione monotona solo con la possibilità di uova, una fetta di pancarré a testa, marmellata e scelta tra frutta o succo. Un vero peccato, con più attenzione alla manutenzione e al servizio clienti, potrebbe migliorare molto. Al momento non lo consiglierei.

Clean and comfort hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel. We stayed 6 nights in an one bedroom suit, and it was our best hotel in our whole Mexico trip. Clean hotel, far from the chaotic part. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. very comfort. The parking garage is very good.

Cons:

the water pressure in the bathroom shower could be better, but was ok in general.

Le lit confortable. La chambre est jolie et proche du centre et de la rue principale

Cons:

Des travaux juste en face. Le personnel parle peu l’anglais. Pas d’eau chaude. De la rouille dans la salle de bain. Ce n’est pas du tout le service d’un 5 étoiles. On en est même loin.

A comfortable, clean place to stay near the centre of town
Pros:

It was very clean and the facilities were well thought out. Our included breakfast was good and the swimming pool area was excellent.

All the staff, but especially the manager Jorge, were super helpful.

Niet wat we ervan verwachtten, veel te duur voor wat je krijgt en zeker geen vijf sterren waard.
Pros:

We hadden een ruime kamer en de ligging van het hotel was dichtbij de leuke straten, restaurants en het strand.

Cons:

Het personeel helpt je wanneer je wat vraagt, maar zal niet uit zichzelf wat zeggen. Er wordt niet op of om gekeken en een groet is er ook nooit bij. De ober van het ontbijt was het vriendelijkst.

De kamer lijkt schoon, maar overal zijn vlekken, in de lakens, op de badkamer, de vloeren etc.

Wat erg naar was is dat we van de vier nachten niet een keer warm konden douchen. Elke dag echt koud water. We hebben er een paar keer wat van gezegd, er wordt dan verteld dat er naar gekeken wordt en er worden excuses aangeboden, maar er verandert niets.
