Great fresh and clean room, would highly recommend and personally stay again for a longer time frame
Pros:

Great location just away from main travel route but no road noise on site.
Room was fresh, clean and well presented.
Never had time to full use / explore the different lounge locations but from a distance looked well done and a good social space.

Could be a lot better if they fix easy things
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the bar was a nice area to meet friends.

Cons:

There was no hot water to shower in and there’s is on wheels so if you lean on the headboard, it slides forwards and you can fall down the gap.

Pros:

The room was efficient and clean

Cons:

Lack of information from the staff and in the room. No info on when breakfast is served, bar opening and closing times and info regarding the swimming pool. Checked website again not easy to identify anything for this hotel. Then we got to the pool they required the card with the door number on it. Also said it needed to be booked in advance

Pros:

The location was great, for visiting my daughter in St Neots.

There was a well-equipped gym in another part of the complex that I was able to use without additional charge.

The spa was lovely - again, in another part of the complex but less than a 5 minutes walk from The Willows.

Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, all available right until the end of service.

My room was small, but I had everything I needed. It was super clean with a very comfy bed.

Great water pressure in the shower

EV points outside of the hotel.

Staff were all very friendly and super helpful. I was travelling/ staying on my own and felt very safe

Cons:

My room was a little noisy...I think some sort of generator was closer by I could hear it on and off throughout the night - but I am a light sleeper and easily disturbed. My stay was otherwise perfect.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, very clean.
Loved the free coffee machine, best coffee think we’ve had.
The fact that the swimming pool with steam room etc was in with the price.
Although we never got out of the room to make it hehe 😜

Cons:

2 single beds together the middle bit a bit of uncomfortable but everything else was very nice 👍🏼
