Pros:

Het uitzicht, de gastvrijheid het lekkere zwembad! Heerlijk en vlak bij het centrum!

Cons:

Het enige nadeel was dat er geen prullenbakje op de kamer stond. Afval weggooien was lastig. Erder prima verblijf 😊

A good hotel, but poor service, we will not come to this hotel anymore

The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are relatively clean.

Cons:

WiFi was constantly not working in the room on the ground floor, there is no hair dryer in the room. A very poor breakfast, sold very late at 10.00 (in autumn, when the daylight is very short, you lose 2 hours waiting for a bad breakfast), the girl at the reception is not very kind, constantly with a dissatisfied face, it feels like they prevented her with their arrival.

Comfortable and nice view but insufficient staff service
Pros:

Nice views, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

No one at reception when I arrived, they left a mobile number to call which they didn’t answer, no one cleaned my room or refreshed the water in the fridge, tea/coffee etc. staff were friendly when you could find them but that wasn’t easy

Great hotel
Pros:

We had a great time here. The hotel was clean and very cozy. The location was great with a good view.
Very friendly staff. They were always available to help. Special thanks to Emir.

Hardly anything

Cons:

The staff didn't know English. There was no food (not even over priced chocolate in the mini bar) and the so called restaurant didn't serve food. Closest place to eat was 30+ minutes walk

The bathroom was not very clean and it smelled. The room the bathroom all had this weird smell

I asked for a cab to the airport asides from over changing they didn't call a cab they called a friend to drive me who was so sleepy we almost crashed a couple times that he feel asleep

it was a pleasant surprise
Pros:

Onur was amazing, he went above and beyond for us. The bathtub was amazing and the wiev to die for. the backgarden is cute decorated
