The location of the apartment is beautiful, with four terraces, with great sea views and sun sets, close to the sea and pool. Snorkeling is good too: many fish, murene, pulpo, scorpion fish. Pool times were flexible (July) as it was also possible to swim during lunch hours when the pool guy wasn't present. We had lunch twice at the restaurant, despite some negative reviews. The food with good pasta pomodoro, amberjack fish, fried calamari, enjoying the great view. Sunday was a bit busy and waiting times were a bit long, but during the week, it was fine.
The kitchen could be better equipped, with for example stuff to clean the dishes with. It's not clear from the description that although there are 2 bathrooms, only one has a shower. The shower is pretty dated.
This little gem is a perfect holiday solution for romantic couples or bigger families as well. There are 3 distinctive bedrooms which is perfect for isolation. The only exception, is the second floor bedroom which has no doors to the stairway so movement downstairs can be heard upstairs, but its not a huge problem. The parking is in front of the house, and a rocky beach is just in front of the lower property entrance, 100m from the house. The aforementioned restaurant and pool above the property is decent and you have access to it. The accommodation interior reflects a good taste, and the owners are nice local people. The balconies and terraces are super cool. The problems with cutlery and kitchen ware which are mentioned in lots of previous comment have been perfectly solved, there is abundant stuff for cooking and eating now, nice!
Although non of the following problems really affected our stay, but it may be a problem for others. The fridge is extremely loud and work 0-24, so if you are sensitive to humming and buzzing noises this is rather annoying. The shower is still in bad condition, but the owners told us, that this is priority in the upcoming refurbishment plans. The rooms are hot, the ceiling ventilator works fin, but the air condition machines made me sneezing and we felt that after the first half an hours the air quality dropped. It may need a cleaning, but the machine are decent, and quiet. It was not easy task to talk with the owners, so prepare your translator app, but with that it was smooth, the only thing was a bit annoying, that we had to go into the nearby city to do the tax and ID check rather than do it on location, but its okay.
The view is spectalucar and the 2 patios are a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. It's a nice a quiet area and there's a nice reataurant with pool just up the road. The pool is the one you can use. The appartment was spacious and mostly well equipped. That said the kitchen which is more a kitchenette wasn't so well equipped for home cooking. Since it's easy to find nice restaurants where to eat this was not a huge problem, but sometimes it's nice to be able to make a nice dinner at home. We succeded but a bit more kitchenware and of better quality would have been nice. The beach at San Vito de Capo is wonderful - the water crytal clear.

Nice quiet and safe place with sea view. 4 terraces, 2 toiletts, 1 shower. Upon arrival, we had problems with the electricity, but thanks to the willingness of the staff, they were solved immediately.
The equipment is beautiful but not very practical. We would have appreciated a larger kitchen unit and more equipment, e.g. a smaller pot, a scraper, wine glasses etc. There is no dishwashing liquid, sponge or salt in the kitchen. During a storm, it little flooded into our rooms even though the windows were closed. On site communication only in Italian.
