Lift was not working for days
Pros:

クアラルンプールのホームのような宿です！
Pros:

・スタッフさんが以前滞在したのを覚えてくれていて、Welcome backと声をかけてくれた（合計10泊）
・違う都市に行くと言うと、行き方を教えてくれた
・インスタント麺を食べるのにケトルと入れ物がなかったが、それらを調達してきてくれた。たぶん、入れ物は買ってきてくれた。優しいです。
・近くに飲食店がたくさんある

Cons:

・エレベーターが故障中で使えないので注意
・部屋にエアコン、給湯器などスイッチがたくさんあったので、どこのスイッチか書いてもらえると分かりやすい
・ハンガーが3本あったが、かける場所が狭めなので、洗濯をする人は注意

If you didnt ask, i would have just ignore this hotel review. Next time, if hotel has a broken down lift for more than 1 month, dont allow them to demand payment online outfront when booking. So that when we arrive for check-in, we have a chance to cancel without having our money deducted already. Refund would be such hassle. We arrived for check in only to be told that lift has been broken and out of order for weeks!! And our room in Level 5!!! The highest floor. How convenient and comfortable would that be????

Cons:

El ascensor no funcionaba y nos dieron la habitación en la quinta planta. Que pidan una fianza de 10€, costando las dos noches de alojamiento 32€, en un alojamiento tan economico y que no estaba limpio, con humedades y fugas de agua del aseo a la habitacion, ds un sin sentido. Uno de los dias subimos las 5 plantas andando y ya estando en la habitacion, nos dimos cuenta de que la llave que nos dieron no abria la puerta por lo que tuvimos que volver a bajar y subir ya con una nueva tarjeta. La cama coincide practicamente con el tamaño de la habitación, por lo que cuesta mucho entrar a ella y desplazarse por la misma.

Not really a hotel
Pros:

The staff was accommodating.

Cons:

The room wasn’t hospitable, I had to leave my deposit upon viewing as I couldn’t sleep in it.
