Overall we were satisfied inspite of the general shortcomings mentioned above.
Pros:

The staff were good and friendly. The location was prime. Room services are good but can be improved.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the washroom and fittings needs improvement.
The access to the hotel is very bad. The front office looks bad compared to the corridors and rooms.

The hotel staff was good but they are cheaters they have cheated us, initially they have talked something else but while checking out they charge me more than double the booking amount...!!!

Please don't go for this hotel there thugs not at all professional don't know how to treat people
