The host Joanna was really lovely and their home and gueat room was absolutely stunning. Felt very welcome. It was right by the high street and public transport which was really handy.
Would be nice to have a kettle / TV as I had missed this in the description.

I had a good stay at Joanna’s place in Fleet. The room was comfortable and the house is amazing. Joanna and husband were very gracious hosts. I initially thought I had booked an entire house, so it wasn’t clear upfront that it was just a room. But once I settled in, it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Overall, a very positive stay.
