Food needs upgrade
房間很好，景觀開揚，配套齊備。酒店員工非常有禮及好心。
去了第二次，餐飲部分相較第一次遜色。
尤其是雞尾酒時段。

有客服用whatsapp聯繫，有什麼問題直接傳訊息詢問之後很快就可以得到回覆。房間服務也很快地解決。

房間遙控器不是那麼靈敏，不好使用
泳池沒有專業可以直道游泳的部分
1）Adraina及團隊非常貼心安排我們的房間。
2） 早上的自助餐非常豐富，品質非常優秀，而且有充裕的時間享用。
無線翡翠台及J2台在第二晚不能看到，希望有所改善。

Everything from pre check in service to hotel service to customer service, amenities, buffet breakfast, tea time, cocktail time,room facilities, late check out till 3pm, limousine ride to airport
Only one. One finger food during tea time was wrongly tagged. It contained ham and the tag displayed written as containing salmon. I only eat seafood. Felt very disappointed this happened.
I like the dedicated team attending to me from the moment I book my room to the day I depart the hotel.
Excellent service and I hope to stay the next time I am in Macau
Lighting can be brighter however it must be the concept so there’s nothing I don’t like about the hotel.
