Pros:

Das Hotel Belle Blue Zentrum hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Das Team war äußerst freundlich und professionell.
Mein Zimmer war sauber und sehr gepflegt.
Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr lecker.
Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ich fahre garantiert dieses Jahr wieder nach München.
Pros:

Zimmer war zur Straße raus. Trotzdem relativ ruhig und angenehm.

Frühstück war super. Einiges (wenn man erst später kam) "vergriffen".
Wurde aber auf Anfrage nachgelegt. Kaffee (Milchkaffee) sehr gut.

Die Lage? Fantastisch. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Auch Karlsplatz, Marienplatz kein Problem zu Füß.
Alles andere bequem per U-Bahn

Cons:

Die Kommunikation.
Kein deutsches Personal.
Und das meine ich jetzt garantiert nicht ausländerfeindlich.

Lage gut. Bessere Fenster, Kopfkissen und Frühstück wären schön gewesen. Preislich gut.
Pros:

Die Lagen an sich war Top, nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof. Somit war alles schnell zuerreichen. Das zum war völlig ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Das Internet hätte klar besser sein können. Das Frühstück war ausreichend aber kein Highligt. Ich würde für einen Kurztrip wieder kommen, aber mit einem Hotelzimmer in eine andere Richtung.

Cons:

Das die Beschaltung der Straße voll zu hören. Dies hatte mir den Schlaf geraubt. Ein zusätzliches Kissen für die Nacht wäre nicht verkehrt gewesen. Eine weitere Zimmerkarte hätte ich auch gut gefunden.

Das Personal hat uns gefallen, es war immer bereit zu helfen, wenn etwas gebraucht wurde. Auch das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Doppelzimmer total verdreckt: Der Badezimmerboden war voller Schuhabdrücke und staubig. Das wurde am nächsten Tag behoben. Die Dusche war undicht, das Wasser stand in der Duschkabine, und die Duschvorhänge waren zerrissen. Am schlimmsten war aber die Gegend. Es war ein arabisches Viertel, wo jede Nacht direkt unter den Fenstern (die zur Straße hinausgingen) geschrien und gestritten wurde.
