Неучтив персонал и липса на внимание

Природата наоколо е красива

Cons:

След като чакахме 40 мин в ресторанта,никой не ни обслужи и си тръгнахме. Наложи се да караме почти до Пловдив в 9 вечерта,за да си намерим вечеря. Персоналът в ресторанта ни видя няколко пъти как им махаме, за да дойдат да ни обслужват, но в крайна сметка започнаха да обслужват масите около нас,но не и нашата. След като решихме да си тръгнем,им казахме вежливо,че сме недоволни и в отговор на това получихме пасивно агресивен коментар : Еми така е като всички се изсипете наведнъж за вечеря,не смогваме." Както се предполага,повече няма да отидем в този хотел!

Great location, great views and food.

Cons:

Noise at night from the restaurant, pool was with cold water, no massage options even though it was mentioned as part of the benefits. The outdoor facilities were not maintained properly.
