Vu que l’hôtel fonctionne plutôt comme des locations d’appartement, le prix est un peu élevé. 
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé à moins de dix minutes du quartier Bukit et la piscine au dernier étage qui offre une belle vue

Cons:

Le confort et les équipements étaient moyens, pas de serviettes pour les mains et le visage, une télé sur deux qui fonctionne l, il faut tout demander à la réception : l’eau minérale, papier, etc ce n’est pas automatique le personnel ne passe pas dans les chambres

Great room with lot of facilities
Pros:

Property has a lot of facilities like gym pod, social pod which comes with massage seats and pool table. Really like the breakfast also. They didnt hesitate for luggage storage.

المساحة اشتمالها على ملتزمات العائلة الامان التلفزيون ستار مارت ويوجد نت فليكس مفتوح

Cons:

توجد الغبار على ستائر الغرف وعلى الدواليب لا توجد قنوات تلفزيونية التكاسي لا ترغب في الوقوف امام البوابة لوجود الحواجز وهذا يعيق خروجنا ودخولنا خاصة إذا كان لدينا أغراض محمولة وذات يوم نسيت أغراض لي وتواصلت مع الفندق وارسلوا انهم وجدوها وحين عودتي قالوا انتظروا نسأل هوم سيرفيس مع العلم اني أعطيتهم الرسايل المرسلة منهم وانتظرت ثاني يوم واخبروني انها غير موجودة وأعطيتهم مرة اخرى الرسالة وفي النهاية وجدوها في صندوق مغلق وكان الأمر متعب جدا ليد

Hotel is in prime location, booked 2 bedroom apartment, unfortunately this room has only one bathroom..

Disappointing stay — poor service, cleanliness, and breakfast. Better options available.

What I did not like about this hotel was the service and the overall cleanliness.

The staff seemed to deliberately take too long during check-in and other procedures, making the process unnecessarily slow and frustrating. The room was also not clean, and throughout my stay, housekeeping never came to clean the room.

The breakfast was very disappointing and far below expectations. The breakfast area felt more like a wedding hall, with round banquet tables, which made the dining experience uncomfortable and unappealing.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. For the same price, there are many much better options available, with better service, cleanliness, and breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall ok but this will be our first and last in this hotel. This hotel needs a lot of work.
Pros:

Love the locality of the hotel. And staff were quite helpful. Easy access in and out. Did get offered free breakfast because of our first day incident.

Cons:

Rooms were a let down. First day of check-in was surprising as nothing was cleaned and the room got passed to us. Shower was not clean. Floors weren’t clean. Bedsheet not changed. We asked for replacement of bed liner and blankets,no replacement provided on that day. Just some towel to sleep on.

Заявляет себя как 4 звездочный отель, хотя по факту, это аппартаменты. Цена сильно завышена, не стоит своих денег. Бассейн на последнем этаже не работает. Доступ в комнату очень неудобный , физический ключ . Еще и берут депозит , неизвестно за что

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms
Pros:

Great location, lots of places to walk to including the shopping centres like the TRX, Pavilion, Starhill and Fahrenheit 88. Its on a busy street close to lots of restaurants and you must pop across the road to the Capri by Fraser bar, it has amazing views. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic. The rooms are soundproofed, so you don't hear the traffic noise. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, we also had fantastic open city views. The staff are all very helpful, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
