Cons:

Dirty, indifferent staff bordering on rude. Totally inefficient. Only bright spark was the "doorman" who was friendly, very obliging and helpful. He should be promoted to be the manager of the whole hotel!

Хорошее расположение. Рядом с самым оживлённым районом Куала-Лумпура. Номер достаточно большой. Так как это апарт-отель то всё необходимое для самостоятельного нахождения там есть на кухне.

Cons:

По поводу завтрака. Он есть в гостинице. Ну какой-то же очень убогий. Хотя если выйти на улицу то там достаточно места где можно с утра перекусить.

Great location near to every where that we wanted to go just by walk and the room is very comfortable But the bed is little bit hard other then everything was perfect for our vacation will definitely recommend this place.

Amazing property, poor front desk workers
Pros:

Location was superb! Just minutes away to TRX and Bukit Bintang. Room was spacious. Netflix available for a nice lay in.

Cons:

The hotel itself was amazing. However, the front desk workers were the biggest let down! Unfriendly, poor communication, seemed uninterested. What a shame. Big thumbs up to the Concierge though. He was friendly. I just wished the front desk workers adopted the same work ethic and attitude.
