Nearby to TRX and affordable. Friendly staff.

Cons:

2 room with 1 bath. Basic kitchen but the fridge not cold enough. They provide toilet's slippers not the hotel slippers. Moreover, parking fee is RM10 but to be validated first.

Cons:

Sauberkeit muss besser werden. Renovierung ist nötig. Frühstück wirkt provisorisch und nicht sehr liebevoll, trotzdem solide, besonders für Kunden aus Asien. Kaffeeautomat sollte ergänzt werden.

Affordable and well-located KL accommodation perfect for families
Pros:

Highly recommend this accommodation for families, great value for money in KL. Tribeca sits just one street away from the main Bukit Bintang street with Pavilion, between Pavilion and TRX. Having stayed along the main Bukit Bintang street previously, we actually liked Tribeca’s location better as it is less crowded and quieter. Very nice additions are the eateries near to Tribeca, including a traditional coffeehouse which opens for both breakfast and dinner. There is also a really nice and wide pedestrian walkway 1-2 minutes from Tribeca which leads directly to TRX. It takes five minutes to walk to TRX from Tribeca. Walking to Pavilion takes around the same time walking through Marriott and Starhill. The rooms are ideal for families with very nicely sized living room, bedrooms and toilets. Although there is some wear and tear in the furniture with the AC units being quite dated, it was nothing major given the affordable price point. Heaters and AC work well. Netflix was already logged in for the living room TV which was a nice touch. Reception was busy most of the time, but the staff is friendly and helpful. We were given a free upgrade for one of the rooms for our stay which is really nice, and when we extended our stay by a night, reception was able to help extend our stay with the same rooms at a much lower price point than if we were to make a new booking. The facilities like the swimming pool and gym are nice, not crowded at all. There is a carpark charge of 10rm/day and for housekeeping, you’ll have to make a request at the reception before 3 pm each day.

Cons:

There was some wear and tear on the furniture, but nothing serious that affected the functionality or cleanliness of the place. Housekeeping did not come over for one of the days despite us having made a request at reception.

Pleasant and safe place to stay. Staff, friendly and lovely pool.
Pros:

Check in staff gentleman was efficient and friendly. Meet my request for putting me and my friends on the same floor. My daughter and son in law enjoyed the pool very much too.
This is my second time staying here and love it. Will stay here again when I visit KL.

Cons:

Aircon was not working very well in the living room, and tea cups has stain, not so much a problem as aircon in the bedrooms works perfectly.
Only one pool towel was provided for our 2 bedroom apt, I'm sure they'll send more if we request. Not a big deal.
Other than that we were very comfortable.

Okay for the location, could be better maintained
Pros:

1. Excellent location, situated on a street with many restaurants. It is also within a five-minute walking distance to Pavilion and TRX.

2. The facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and children’s playroom, are good. However, many edges around the pool are quite sharp, so extra caution is needed when bringing young children.

Cons:

1. When we arrived, the front desk assigned us a room with a very strong sewage smell. Even after ventilating the room for 4 hours, the odour remained extremely unpleasant. The smell from the bathroom was noticeable immediately upon entering and had spread to every corner of the room, including the bedding. When I could no longer tolerate the smell, I called the front desk and requested that staff come to inspect the room. The front desk staff agreed, but after waiting for an hour, no one came, and there was no follow-up. It was not until 11 p.m., when I went down to the front desk in person, that a male staff member assisted us in changing to another room with a less severe odour.
However, there were quite a lot of ants around the trash bin area in the new room.

2. Breakfast costs RM25 per person, but it is not really worth it.
