Delightful Historic Hotel
Pros:

This is a very old hotel. That said, they have done an excellent job of updating the property without sacrificing it's history. This hotel was immaculate! It was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The cleanliness was in all areas, rooms, lobby, restaurant. The lobby has a lovely open seating area, and the hotel is full of charm. The restaurant serves the breakfast (which is included) to order. The restaurant also worked with me to make a vegan dish I could eat for lucnch, and is a very nice restaurant. Jose and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful, and bent over backwards to help us every time we needed directions, help with the local phone we bought, etc. The central location was perfect for walking to the shops, plaza, and restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

En la habitación no había toallas, sabana y el A/A de la hab goteaba. Y no fue atendido. Por el personal del hotel hasta después del 3 aviso... Al igual de las toallas..

Pros:

The hotel is situated in an excellent location and benefits from beautiful infrastructure. The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and maintained to a good standard, with particularly comfortable beds. The air-conditioning system was highly effective and greatly enhanced our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and professional. On-site parking was a significant advantage, adding to the overall convenience. Additionally, the terrace was a plus providing a pleasant area to relax, even though we didn’t use it.

Cons:

The elevator was under maintenance during a particularly busy weekend, which caused inconvenience due to the high occupancy at that time. Additionally, during local festival periods, the hotel’s pricing increases significantly, making it considerably more expensive compared to regular periods.
