El restaurante tuvo pésima actitud cuando pedí room services porque según ellos estaban ocupados y que llamara en 5 minutos y ya nunca contestaron, eso me pareció feo yo mas si ofrecen el servicio
Charming historic hotel. Loved the open air concept. Nice roof top pool. Upstairs bar open on the weekends. We enjoyed cocktails and played card games while it rained. Breakfast buffet on the weekends was a traditional Panamanian meal everything was very fresh. During the week breakfast was cooked to order in the restaurant which was good as well. Did not eat diner there but it was always very busy with many locals enjoying. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location was wonderful right in the center of town. Several stores and fondas. Must visit the beautiful Church!

Loved being in the center of the town. Its a small town, so my expectations where low but it really is a good hotel for what you're paying. There was beautiful paintings and murals around the hotel done by a local artist.
The AC wasn't cool enough, but to be fair it was REALLY hot outside. The elevator was very small, only two people allowed at a time, and had no ventilation.

I loved the architecture of the building, it was old world charm with hot water, working elevators and air conditioning. The housekeeping staff were happy to please and indulged my requests without issues. The coffee in the restaurant was excellent as were the dinners.
The reception staff were off putting and slow to respond to my wifi issues. We had a deluxe double room on the 3rd floor. The room was small for starters. The balcony doors didn't lock and they are accessible to other patrons easily enough. This issue was never addressed. We put a chair in front of the door and hoped for the best. The included breakfast was not exciting, it included 3 pieces of baguette white bread, 2 eggs and 2 slices of barely cooked bacon. I was flabbergasted to learn they had no fresh fruit or yogurt for purchase even during our entire 7 day stay. We went to the end of the street where there was an excellent fonda for most meals. The wifi was totally unreliable and this is the main reason I give low ratings. I booked through booking.com and the hotel knew this was a working trip WIFI was very important.

Reservamos una habitación con cama king y nos dijeron que el aire estaba dañado y nos dieron una más pequeña.
