There was no pool as described in the ads. Electric socket not universal. Staff say we have to rent 100 pesos for the adapter. Waited for our dinner for an hour. So we did not eat our breakfast.

The rooms are sub par. No phones for room service you have to walk down to reception. The pool was under maintenance so couldn’t be used. We were there while there was a tropical storm so the generator was turned off on numerous occasions throughout the day as was WiFi.

We didn’t end up staying at this resort because the property is currently under repair, something we weren’t informed about in advance. When we arrived, the place didn’t look ready for guests at all.

The staff were plenty, but unfortunately no one seemed trained or knowledgeable. They couldn’t answer basic questions, gave confusing information, and overall felt very unreliable. The whole situation was frustrating and stressful, definitely not what you want when traveling.

I am still waiting for my refund, and I hope they process it soon. For now, I don’t recommend staying here until the repairs are completed and the staff are properly trained.

Leider so ziemlich alles. Die Bilder täuschen, es ist alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ohne Pflege. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Tierkot im Badezimmer, überall Käfer und Ameisen. Die Dusche war nicht nur verkalkt. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Es wird an Stelle gearbeitet, das nur halb. Die Gehwege wurden von überwucherndem Gras und Pflanzen gereinigt. Alle Pflanzenabfälle wurden mitten auf dem Weg liegen gelassen. Stolper- und Rutschgefahr von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmer.
Das Personal ist super lieb. Von Service leider weit entfernt. Zum Abendessen bestellte Getränke, haben wir auch auf Nachfrage, erst nachdem Essen erhalten.
Zum Frühstück wurde eine Joghurtbowl mit granola und Früchten bestellt. Das war Obst mit Cornflakes und einem Klecks Joghurt. Der bestellte Kaffe Latte wurde storniert, es wurde Cappuccino angeboten. Gekommen ist Instantkaffee in der Geschmacksrichtung Cappuccino. Auf Nachfrage das es Kaffe Instantkaffee ist und kein Cappuccino wurde geantwortet das es richtiger Kaffe ist und evaporated ist. Ja, genau. Instantkaffee mit heißem Wasser. Der Preis 120 php. Das Toast haben sie auch vergessen und stand auf der Rechnung. Alles in allem, waren es für uns so viele Missstände das aus 3 gebuchten Nächte ein geworden ist. Beim 2 Tage früheren Check out wurde nicht einmal nachgefragt. Es wurde ein Ladekabel im Zimmer vergessen. Diese konnten wir am nächsten Tag abholen.

the place is turning into a run down hotel, very poorly kept up. clearly lots of things broken everywhere , No money to fix it. the beach is nothing like the picture , its so dirty its disgusting . in order to have an acceptable bed, you need to get the sea view , bigger rooms, with an acceptable mattress. otherwise the other room will get you a spring mattress out of hell. and a tiny room , dark ...not good

not maintained very well. when we arrive the toilet is not working. the shower got no pressure. lot of bird poop in the beranda. front beach is not swimmable.

The location, too far to walk to other places. Needed transport. The food selection, as half the menu was unavailable and the very small portion size on what was available. The pool water looked murky and disused areas gave a feeling of desperation rather than joy. The check in was painful and the staff are overwhelmed trying to do everything.
