Esta ubicado en un sitio espectacular

Cons:

El hotel no tiene los servicios q se ofrecen cuando contratas la habitacion. No tiene personal, salvo un hombre q hace la entrada y la salida. No tiene abierta la cafeteria ni el restaurante ni el gym ni el spa, ni los jacuzzis de las terrazas privadas q estan practicamente abandonados sin mantenimiento. La limpieza em general muy justa. Lo unico q funciona es la piscina exterior y tambiem le falta mantenimiento. El hotel es como si estuviese medio abandonado solo abierto en precario. Considero que no deberia estar abierto en esas condiciones siendo un 4 estrellas. Realmente me he sentido estafado, pagué la habitacion pq tenia q seguir un largo viaje y no quise discutir y retrasar mi salida, pero si no hubiese puesto una reclamacion formal y la devolucion del dinero. Una pena pq el sitio es espectacular pero está medio abandonado.

Fantastic location and the room was also amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was beautiful but some small details could have been better. For example the bath was very small , the dressing gowns didn’t have belts and the restaurant wasn’t open, however, the manager cooked us a great meal!
