Nice and clean facilities but client experience needs a serious improvement
Pros:

Lots of sports facilities which were easy to book. Good sized clean rooms. Nice swimming pool and sports courses

Cons:

The staff!! Almost no one speaks English, everything is a problem, they are not trying to sort out anything but always blame
the guest. Terribly impolite. The cherry on top was two non-english speaking girls trying to convince me that our triple room only has 1 person’s breakfast included. I was literally dragged out of the restaurant with half-filled cup of coffee away from the coffee machine to “sort this out”, the solution was that the staff spoke together in Polish and had me wait and then said “is ok” - and then “it was reception fault”. No apology, no client service or client experience in mind. Dinner order took 60-90 minutes to bring, though the food was excellent.

Great location and infrastructure. Tasty food for great value. Lovely staff in the reception & the bar.

Cons:

Air-cons didn’t work in 2 out of 4 rooms we have booked. Staff was unable to help us as the hotel was almost booked out, but the lack of sleep in the 30 degree rooms have ruined our plans the next two days.

Pros:

Bardzo ładny obiekt, położony w spokojnej, pięknej zielonej dzielnicy. Pokój przestronny, bardzo komfortowy, zapewnione to wszystko, co oferowane przez booking.com.
Obiekt z ładnym basenem dodatkowo płatnym, ale bardzo przyzwoita cena 25 zł za pełną godzinę pływania. Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej. Śniadania też smaczne w bardzo przyjemnej sali restauracyjnek z ogródkiem. Miła obsługa. Podobało mi się, że w pokojach nie ma butelek z wodą tylko karafka na wode, a na korytarzach są dostępne dystrybutory z zimna i gorąca woda.
Polecam to miejsce.
Odległość od Starego Miasta dobrą godzinę pieszo i ok. 15 min. samochodem.

Lokalizacja, spokój, blisko do rzeki, korty tenisowe - spoko miejsce do biegania. Dobre śniadanie, spory wybór, miła obsługa, wieczorem można zjeść dobre jedzenie w restauracji - karta mała, ale jedzenie smaczne. Jest to hotel "sportowy" więc spodziewałem się znacznie większych porcji białka w daniach (więcej mięsa), ale dania były bardzo smaczne

Klimatyzacja przed moim przybyciem była wyłączona. na start powitało mnie 37 stopni. NIestety klima mało wydajna i po 4 godzinach było 30 stopni. Sama klimatyzacja również wydawała sporo nieprzyjemnych dźwięków więc pozostawienie jej na noc było nie możliwe. KOnieczność rezerwowania basenu w hotelu
