Affordable and comfortable stay for shoppers.
Pros:

The location is definitely superb if you are planning to shop at Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Thamcit is just across the hotel and the other two is just a short walk too. There is an Indomaret convenience store and a Sederhana restaurant just a few steps away. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. The place is generally clean and serene. I didn’t take the breakfast option so I can’t say anything about the food. The TV has a lot of channels and can be connected to our own YT account. I asked for extra pillows and a prayer mat and the hotel promptly supplied them. Good option for shoppers - the hotel even supplies a big weighing machine on the ground floor for our post-haul luggage. 😄

Cons:

Due to the location, there will be some traffic noise. The room is quite small but comfortable enough for shoppers. The one setback is the shower room - the water does not drain well and fast enough. So you will have to wait for it to drain before using the showers again. I’ve seen this issue crop up in some other previous reviews so unless it’s a city sewerage issue, I hope the hotel does something to remedy this.

Good hotel n great location but improve cleanliness

Convenient n very close to Thamrin n the 2 big malls

Cons:

The service staff r excellent as they arr friendly and responded to feedback quickly. Rooms ok but the pillow smelly n the toilet really needs proper cleaning as they are not clean
