The hotel only allows dogs

Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.

Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 20 kg is allowed, or two dogs with a combined maximum weight of 20 kg and the dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.

The dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.

Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.

For emotional support dogs, an extra cost also applies according to the conditions mentioned above.

The breakfast for additional children staying in the room is not included. This children's breakfast will be charged separately, per child and per day of stay, directly at the hotel.

no ponen en la pagina que cobran por el acceso de la mascota al llegar te quieren cobrar mas de 1500 pesos por la mascota casi lo que cuesta la ahbitacion creo q no es justo !!!!! si lo anunciaran en la pagina estaria de cuaerdo ya uno toma la decision de si o no pero lo hacen uno perder el tiempo de llegar hasta el hotel para que te salgan con eso no me parece

Buen hotel, buena ubicación pero no se si regresaría.
Pros:

Super bien ubicado, con todo super cerca en Tuxtla. Las camas son muy comodas con buen nivel de oscuridad si cierras las cortinas. Tiene piscina y más amenidades que no utilice.

Cons:

la habitación olía a cigarrillo. Luego al prender el aire acondicionado se disipaba bastante.
En el baño, en una esquina veia restos de ceniza de cigarrillo mal limpiado.
