The hotel only allows dogs

Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.

Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 20 kg is allowed, or two dogs with a combined maximum weight of 20 kg and the dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.

The dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.

Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.

For emotional support dogs, an extra cost also applies according to the conditions mentioned above.

The breakfast for additional children staying in the room is not included. This children's breakfast will be charged separately, per child and per day of stay, directly at the hotel.

No regresaría a este hotel es muy caro para lo q realmente vale

Hotel muy viejo y descuidado me tocó una habitación con la cama q tenía sangre
Y los muebles viejos descarapelados y el baño no muy limpio me cambiaron de habitación y solo estaba limpia

Nada, el aire acondicionado no se puede regular el aire acondicionado, falta un poco de iluminación en las habitaciones, el bufet demasiado pobre no hay variedad, la atención del personal, en el restaurante no es la apropiada, con poco trabajo se bloquean no atienden alos clientes correctamente.
