Hemos descansado muy bien , mucho ruido en la piscina , es normal con tanto niño pequeño pero esta vez necesitábamos más

El baño de la habitación , no me gustó nada, había un. Olor muy desagradable a bajante y como es un baño para minusválidos el espejo estaba muy bajo , la ducha sin mampara y fue muy frío todo, el baño no me gustó

Cons:

Nous sommes profondément choqués par la manière dont certains hôtels en Espagne traitent encore les voyageurs accompagnés de leur chien, même lorsqu’il s’agit d’un animal minuscule, propre et parfaitement éduqué.

Après avoir réservé et payé à l’avance une chambre confortable avec vue, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre inférieure, sans vue et moins agréable, uniquement parce que nous voyageons avec un petit chien de 2 kg. À cela s’ajoutent 35 € par nuit facturés pour ce même chien, ce qui semble totalement disproportionné.

Ce type de pratique est incompréhensible en 2025. Les propriétaires d’animaux responsables sont souvent des clients respectueux, fidèles et soigneux. Beaucoup de chiens sont d’ailleurs plus propres, plus calmes et mieux éduqués que certains humains.

Voyager avec un animal devient déjà extrêmement compliqué, mais en Andalousie cela semble encore plus difficile, comme si les animaux étaient considérés comme un problème plutôt que comme des compagnons de vie.

Il serait temps que certains établissements hôteliers évoluent enfin dans leur mentalité. Accueillir intelligemment les clients avec animaux n’est pas une contrainte : c’est une preuve d’ouverture, d’intelligence commerciale et de modernité.

J’espère sincèrement que ce message fera réagir, car de nombreux voyageurs vivent la même situation en silence.
