Pros:

ottima la colazione, la collocazione, la stanza era un po' datata ma nel complesso tutto si è rivelato positivo, anche in rapporto al basso costo (40 euro per una notte).

Cons:

mi hanno addebitato 10 euro per una notte di parcheggio dell'auto (tra l'altro piuttosto lontano dall'albergo), ma non era specificato, pensavo fosse compreso, forse andava specificato o per lo meno mi potevano avvisare al momento dell'arrivo; in ogni caso sono stati tutti nel complesso molto gentili e disponibili.

Hotel in posizione fantastica, l'accoglienza è davvero unica
Pros:

L'ospitalità di tutti, Rossella in primis, ama il suo lavoro e si vede, sorridente e pronta com'è ad assecondare le richieste dei clienti, trovando sempre le migliori soluzioni. La posizione dell'albergo è ottima, si passeggia con piacere sulla riviera di Viserba, con tanti negozi, bar, ristoranti, sempre piena di vita pur senza gli eccessi di altre zone. Lo spazio della camera singola è ben sfruttato e abitabile, sono stato bene

Col buio evitavo di accendere la luce del bagno perché se no, con la finestra che non si chiudeva del tutto, potevano entrare degli insetti

Lovely stay. Memories from 60 years back

I came back after 55 years to visit where I spent my summer vacation with my parents. I was 3 years old when I visited Viserba for the first time. It was lovely, good memories 😊

Pros:

This hotel's location is exceptional. The name is true: it is 30 meters from the beach! Just cross the road, and you are there. It is in a quiet part of Rimini, close to the "Lungomare" walking street with shops, bars, and ice cream parlors.
Breakfast is excellent, with sweet and savory options, and the comfy rooms have air conditioning.
However, the greatest strength of the place is the family running it. Mrs. Rossella is the undisputed captain, and she sets the tone for the entire crew: attentive to the clients and their needs, accommodating, ready to go the extra mile, and super nice and friendly overall.
We appreciated the attention before our arrival when the owners gave us directions and tips on the best approach to the hotel with our car. During our stay, the owners were ready to share tips or just chit-chat with us, and even when we left, they sent us messages thanking us for our visit.

Cons:

Parking in the area is troublesome/impossible. If you are going by car, ask the hotel about their parking spot. It is really worth the price, and the owners will bend backward to accompany you back and forth from the parking space.

Pros:

It was really a pleasure to stay in the hotel. The owners and the staff were extreemly friendly and very helpfull with any questions we had.
The hotel is very close to the beach (150 m), although it is in the 2nd line.
The breakfast was very variouse with many defferent meals.

Cons:

Well, the matrace could be a bit more soft. But this is just a very personal feeling.
