Pleasant stay at the Jetpark Hamilton
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, excellent linen and pillows. Liked the small bottle of real milk and the carafe of chilled water was a nice touch. Had a lovely dinner and outstanding buffet breakfast in the excellent restaurant.
There is an on-site quest laundry that was well appointed.
Each room had individual air conditioning, which was great given the hot weather.
The large bathroom had plenty of space and an excellent shower

Cons:

Could have had hooks for clothes in the bathroom.

Nice big rooms.
Lovely and clean.
Staff were great here. Food in restaurant for dinner was great.

Cons:

Breakfast is pretty average 70s style buffet and overpriced.
Ala carte at a cafe is probably 30% cheaper and much better.
Given the size of the bathroom (huge) a walk in shower would make it so much better.

Everything in the hotel was great.

Cons:

I hated the restaurant though. It had very limited options and the staff has a serious lack of information and extremely poor communication skills. I spoke to three different girls and all of them told me three times they offer buffet and advised me 3 times I should come after 7pm it would be better with more options and full buffet. I just wasted a lot of time waiting for it and when I got there they said the buffet was not for me, so embarrassed and frustrated! Most likely will never come back to the same hotel because of the very bad experience.

amazing staff at counter that let us in early hours of the morning ... very welcoming.
Pros:

Nice tidy room and good location.

Cons:

sheets on the bed are TERRIBLE... they are like sleeping under a sheet of plastic... rattly and aweful... we removed them..... have stayed before and had same experience but hoped this time it might have changed...
