Hotel in a very good location
Pros:

The only good points are the location and the lobby area; otherwise, it's just a very outdated 2-star.

Cons:

The hotel is not clean at all, you could see fingerprints on the doors, limited toiletries, and the beds are uncomfortable.
Some of the rooms are in the attic too.

Great location in Bologna with a great staff, the room disappointing.
Pros:

The room, if I recall correctly, 545, we had was spacious enough for the 2 of us. Breakfast was great and the entire staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Room 545 has a pole in the middle of it right off the bed. In the dark, you can easily run into it. The shower facility is very unsafe for Senior Citizens. A person has to take a very high step to get into the shower. The Bidet pipe sticks out from the floor of the shower, I kept hitting my toe on it.

Con 40 gradi non avevano aria condizionata funzionante, pinguino rotto buttava aria calda all'interno della stanza. Ho collassato durante la notte. Un incubo.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu i dobre śniadania (choć wybór produktów stosunkowo niewielki). Na plus zdecydowanie zasługują Panie pracujące w hotelowej restauracji. .

Cons:

Niestety odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu. To, co zastaliśmy na miejscu, zupełnie odbiega od opisu i zdjęć w ofercie. W całym obiekcie widać wilgoć, grzyb, odpadający tynk ze ścian i sufitów. W pokoju panował brud: kurz na meblach, zapadnięte, niewygodne łóżko i nieprane narzuty. Pod prysznicem w łazience pleśń na kafelkach. Najgorszy jest kompletny brak kontaktu ze strony hotelu. Nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu pieniędzy ani żadnej rekompensaty za te skandaliczne warunki (booking poczuł się do odpowiedzialności by w jakimś stopniu zrekompensować finansowo niekompetencję hotelu). Zdecydowanie nie polecam! Omijać szerokim łukiem!

Great location, nice staff, private parking, room itself wasn’t great
Pros:

Location is great. Staff were nice and the hotel offers private parking.

Cons:

We were on the top floor and had a really loud aircon that did not really cool the room. The bed is a very thin springbed that was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Bathroom was okay but the shower was elevated which made the shower head a lot lower, I couldn’t stand in it at all.
