I liked the building itself. It was nicely updated.

Cons:

The fact it was unmanned was positive and negative. The staff were in good communication but it also almost seemed like we were the only ones staying at the hotel.

Sehr sauber, gute Lage, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit großzügigen Extras ausgestattet. Haus ähnelt einem Museum und kontaktloser Checkin funktioniert perfekt.

A unique property with tons of character. Comfortable, convenient, and fun!
Pros:

This is a unique, boutique facility. It's beautiful and nicely quirky. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfect for our activities in Buffalo.

Pros:

It was so easy to locate and navigate the streets with parking! Host was great with communicating directions and such. It was very clean and beautiful! The bed was really comfortable!

Cons:

It is an older building so the sound travels and you can hear other guests in the hallways and across the hall in their room if they are loud or have crying children.

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of Buffalo with all the amenities and great service!

Property was comfortable, cozy and convenient to everything downtown Buffalo….

Cons:

Loved the hospitality, the sitting room with fireplace, the amenities and the on site parking.. the off site manager was always available and exceptionally helpful. Have nothing negative or recommendations for improvement!

Great location to visit Buffalo.
Pros:

Despite being staffless on site, the phone communications where quick and responsive. Rooms where comfortable. They offered more free amenities than the richardson at the a cheaper overall price.

Cons:

Champagne rooms ac was struggling on the hot day. Being set to 62 got the room to 72-74. I looked in the vents a cleaning of the unit should help.

Very comfortable spacious and stylish
Pros:

Gorgeous decor in great location, a two block stroll past lovely historic homes too a supermarket, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

A small thing .. the hot water for the tea and coffe in the foyer was super slow to work.

It’s a beautiful building with comfortable bed.
Pros:

Beautiful, safe, and low maintenance. It was a self-check-in system

Cons:

One of the sinks in the bathroom was broken and gushed water all over the floor. Thankfully, we had another sink that worked just fine. We just notified staff of the need for repair.

If you go out with your car to eat, there might not be a good spot to park when you get back
