Highly recommend!
Pros:

Our room was Immaculately clean with a comfortable king bed, beautiful architectural details and furnishings. The Edward is located in a cool neighborhood near great restaurants. Keyless entry system. Very private.

Location was convenient. A 10-minute walk to Elmwood Avenue, which has many restaurants, shops, and markets. Staff was responsive to requests.

Cons:

We were expecting a hotel with restaurant,bar, and elevator. This is a “boutique “ hotel, which apparently means it has none of those things. We arrived after a long tiring day to find that we had to schlep our bags up to the second floor and go out to find supper. This is a converted home. Rooms are well appointed. There is tea and coffee service in a lounge with a few snacks. Once you know what it is, it’s fine.

Loved the property, neighborhood and being so close to Elmwood Village made it exceptional!
Pros:

Location excellent. Decor was so pretty and fun. Amenities like water cooler and relaxing space was very appreciated!

Bed was a little soft for my taste.

Definitely will rebook. So convenient to downtown events centers!

Beautiful small boutique hotel. Our Room -The Madison has elevated decoration and function. Very safe neighborhood and many walkable restaurants nearby. Loved the keycode entry.

Cons:

Not really a negative-Entry door had some small stone steps and I tripped entering and also another guest observed doing the same. (Maybe due to uneven height). May benefit from some small safety markings.

Overall was a very nice place, that was conviently located in the city for the purpose of our trip.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable, bed was comfortable. Could text the attendent and would receive a prompt response.
The area around the hotel was very nice, Location was convient for the reason of our visit, with great resturant down the street. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Wished there was a regular chair in the room instead of the 2 high top chairs. The refigerate is behind a closed door, to help with ventalation for the frig might want to consider vents in the door or on the side of the cabinet, and need to wipe down the inside of the cabinet because it was always warm when opened to cabinet to access the frig-this did not affect our stay, but the longevity of the frig it might.

I liked the building itself. It was nicely updated.

Cons:

The fact it was unmanned was positive and negative. The staff were in good communication but it also almost seemed like we were the only ones staying at the hotel.

Sehr geschmackvoll und sauber
Pros:

Sehr sauber, gute Lage, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit großzügigen Extras ausgestattet. Haus ähnelt einem Museum und kontaktloser Checkin funktioniert perfekt.

A unique property with tons of character. Comfortable, convenient, and fun!
Pros:

This is a unique, boutique facility. It's beautiful and nicely quirky. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfect for our activities in Buffalo.

Pros:

It was so easy to locate and navigate the streets with parking! Host was great with communicating directions and such. It was very clean and beautiful! The bed was really comfortable!

Cons:

It is an older building so the sound travels and you can hear other guests in the hallways and across the hall in their room if they are loud or have crying children.
