Pros:

Das Haus war super schön, mit edler Ausstattung. Speziell die gasbetriebene Feuerstelle im Zimmer hat mir sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Die Wände & Fenster sind sehr dünn, was das Haus leider sehr hellhörig macht. Man hört andere Gäste, sowie den Strassenlärm sehr gut. Zudem sind die Fenster alt & undicht, was es schwierig macht eine konstante, warme Temperatur im Zimmer zu halten.

The manager, Erin, was extremely helpful and hospitable and went out of her way to accommodate us.
Pros:

It was nice to have a breakfast bar in the morning and some popcorn late night ... and the coffee was nice; Erin even made sure our coffee pot worked accordingly ...

Cons:

Another type of chair to relax in might enhance comfort level ...

Great location, lovely room and great service
Pros:

Great location a short walk from the lovely Elmwood Village. The room was lovely and we really appreciated the tea, coffee, ice, breakfast bars and microwave popcorn! Erin was lovely and so welcoming and helpful. Self check-in was also very convenient.

Cons:

Our room was lovely and clean but there were some very muddy paw prints in the hallway outside our door which didn’t give us a great first impression. They were there for our entire three-night stay.

Very cute and clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very cute and nicely decorated. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was large with nice sheets. They have an automated system so you essentially never halve to talk to anyone. Once you figure it out it's very efficient. Despite that the staff is very responsive. We forgot a small item in the room and the texted us about it quickly and set up a pickup.

Cons:

The room is a little small. The location also isn't especially close to anything -- though there are some restaurants that are within walking distance, but if you have a car it's fine. They only have a few parking spots, and it you park on the street, be aware of alternate street parking restrictions -- we got a ticket. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of.

What breakfast there health bar and popcorn

Cons:

Could have staff had a continental breakfast had a microwave in your own room were able to use the spa cuz u claim you have one but didn't see one there just an old style bathtub

Pros:

Well decorated, quiet, comfortable bed, thoughtful room amenities like complimentary snacks, wine opener, stainless steel ice bucket and tongs, artwork , remote-controlled mood lighting.

Cons:

A bathrobe would compliment all the room amenities

Pros:

The location was perfect. Good parking if you get there early.

Cons:

Beds were way too soft, the totally electronic communications with a staff person was weird. The check out time was too early. It did not feel welcoming.
