Outstanding Hotel and Staff
Pros:

Our stay at KaiBlue Hotel and Restaurant was nothing short of incredible- it truly exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and that stunning beach backdrop each morning was an experience in itself.

The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared every time. Having breakfast included was such a wonderful bonus and made our mornings easy and enjoyable, especially with a large group like ours.

What really made this stay exceptional, though, was the staff. The level of care, attention, and warmth they showed us was beyond 5-star service. A huge thank you to Carlos, Cesar, Antonio, and the entire KaiBlue team, you made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home throughout our stay. Every request was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.

Traveling with four kids and five adults can be a lot, but KaiBlue made it seamless. The hotel is very family-friendly, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with great AC- perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Also GREAT GREAT location to get around the country (less than an hour from the airport!)

Between the spectacular views, outstanding service, delicious food, and pristine accommodations, KaiBlue is truly a gem. We cannot recommend it enough for families or anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. We will absolutely be back!

Nice small beach hotel with deficits
Pros:

Nice small hotel directly at the long beach; very friendly and helpful staff; very tasty a la carte breakfast; the rooms to the pool / beach side have a very nice ocean view..you can hear and see the waves all the time; the balcony is very nice; small but usable pool; 20-30 min walk to El Tunco

Cons:

A big negative is that the rooms have thin walls / doors..to the sea side you have the relaxing sounds of the waves but nevertheless if you have loud reckless neighbours it can be very annoying;

Gostei de tudo no geral. Fiquei quatro noites, e ficaria mais. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestáveis. Fiz todas as refeições no restaurante do hotel, a comida é óptima, apesar de ser um pouco cara.
A vista, a localização a comida e os funcionários são os pontos fortes deste hotel.

Cons:

Não gostei da falta de mobiliário no quarto, como não tem guarda-fatos poderia pelo menos ter uma cadeira para colocar as coisas. Um pequeno cabide de parede não é suficiente.
Não gostei da água frio do duche.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück sehr gut. Personal war immer bereit für mich einzuspingen. Auch haben sie mir geholfen, wenn ich etwas organisieren musste.

Instalaciones limpias, el personal excelente atención, vista al mar desde el restaurante y algunas habitaciones

Cons:

Hay 2 habitaciones que tienen vista a la carretera, en la noche no se puede dormir por el ruido del tránsito, la piscina es muy pequeña y lo más incómodo es la escasa agua que cae de la ducha, caía más agua en el lavamanos
