Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Das Hotel ist nicht groß aber dadurch sehr gemütlich und hat einen schönen kleinen Garten zum Verweilen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet green neighborhood (only 30 minutes from Marienplatz). 10 minutes away is a huge shopping mall which has everything you need. The staff are polite and helpful, the room is really nice and clean. I loved being woken up by birds singing 🎵

Problem mit dem Zimmer abschließend gut behandelt

Update zu dem Vorkommnis unten:
Die unten beschriebene Situation ist durch ein Versehen des Personals entstanden.
Als dem Hotelmanagement die Situation bewusst wurde, wurde ich dann doch umgehend kontaktiert und die Begebenheit ohne Umschweife zugegeben und eine sehr angemessene Entschädigung angeboten.
Die mir entgegengebrachte Offenheit und umgehende Entschuldigung durch das Hotel hat wiederum mein Respekt gewonnen.
Fehler können mal passieren. Dieser kam dort bisher nie vor.
Ich würde daher in Zukunft dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Als ich nachts in der Unterkunft anreiste und mit dem mir zugesandten PIN Code die Hotelzimmertür öffnete, befand sich bereits ein anderer Gast im Bett meines Zimmers.
Da zu der späten Zeit meiner Anreise, niemand sonst vom Hotel mehr anwesend war, suchte ich mir eine andere Unterkunft.
Am nächsten Tag bekam ich von Booking die Nachricht, dass das Hotel behauptet hätte, ich sei gar nicht angereist, obwohl sie das Zimmer anderweitig vergeben hatten.
So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder :)
Pros:

Wir haben für unseren Familienurlaub ein familienfreundliches Hotel in München gesucht und mit diesem Hotel genau die richtige Wahl getroffen.

Unsere wichtigsten Kriterien waren Sauberkeit, ausreichend große Zimmer, kostenlose Parkplätze, eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. All das hat das Hotel erfüllt.

Besonders positiv ist uns die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter aufgefallen. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Auch der Online-Check-in und der Check-out vor Ort verliefen völlig unkompliziert und schnell.

Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Sparkassen-Geldautomaten, eine Bäckerei, ein griechisches Restaurant, einen REWE City und einen kleinen Spielplatz auf dem Weg zu einem Biergarten – gerade mit Kind wirklich praktisch.

Wir hatten Zimmer 11 im Dachgeschoss. Es war sehr gemütlich und das moderne Badezimmer mit den hochwertigen Armaturen hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen.

Im Sommer kann es im Dachgeschoss etwas wärmer werden. Das Hotel hat dafür aber gut vorgesorgt: Im Zimmer standen zwei hochwertige Ventilatoren (einer davon von Dyson). Wenn man beide Fenster öffnet und die Vorhänge geschlossen hält, wird das Zimmer angenehm kühl.

Wir waren vier Nächte dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sollten wir wieder mit dem Auto nach München reisen, würden wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall erneut buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Hmm.. es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Tassen, aber ich hab jetzt nichts für Tee und Kaffe gesehen. Eventuell würde ein Fliegennetz für die Fenster nicht schaden? Wir hatten während unserem Aufenthalt eine Wespe und eine Mücke im Zimmer gehabt. Wenn dann wenigstens für das Badezimmmer eventuell eins anbringen.

Bei geöffnetem Fenstern hört man zwar den Verkehr der Hauptstraße, nachts wird es aber sehr ruhig, sodass uns das nicht gestört hat.
