Very relaxing. Love the Lakes area
Pros:

Close to beach, shops and restaurants

Cons:

The power shorted out approximately 15 times over the 3 days for no apparent reason
The tv needs to be upgraded to a smart tv as no streaming was possible

Disappointing and never again.
Pros:

TV did not work and no other rooms available doe to management not rostering on cleaners due to penalty rates. No bar or reastruant available due to penalty rate payment. More concern for profit than visitors comfort.

Cons:

Allocation to another room due to our room being unserviceable The maintenance gentleman was most helpful.

Disgusting property.. false advertising by booking.com

Cons:

Complete false advertising. No view of the pool or water. Our tiny smelly room was at the back of the building and overlooking the Aldi carpark. Called the Booking.com service line to request to cancel so we could go somewhere else and were told an email had to go to Wyndham as the hotel could not help us. Was told 24 hr and been 4 days now and still no response in fact the girl in Asia in the call centre disconnected our call. I have 3 more booking’s with booking.com coming up and will cancel them all if K do not get a response.

Exceptional
Cons:

Only two negatives. Partner needed an extra blanket was unable to find one in the apartment. The other thing was i think the apartment needed a bit of an airing before arriving.
