Cleanliness, No noise. Peaceful.

Cons:

Canteen facility should be there since it is far from the city. Care should be taken to keep the surroundings clean. Lot of garbage is thrown around. Wifi power should be increased. It is not available inside the room. If we need to extend for some more hours, charge reasonably. The receptionist said we have to pay ₹500 per hour which is too much.

The room is okay, but you will hear morning prayers soo loudly..just into your ears and the water stinks.like sewage water..and looks like I was cheated.. initially they said card is accepted and then the machine didn't work ...I was charged 7500 with taxes ...no receipt..Nothing..

And when we checked out ...for the same room someone was paying 5000 - Family Suite

Full bees outside the room and after vacating i informed this to owner...no response

My experience.
Cons:

Not an organised reception/staff. It is like LKG children. Morning breakfast was delayed by 45 mts to supply. I was forced to change my plans. Breakfast shall be served between 7.30 - 9am.
Most of the time no one is available at the reception counter. Minimum facility like chair was not available in my room. On request only it was provided. Staff should have a check list of items/amenities to be provided in each room. Overall great improvement to be done.
Otherwise a second visit/stay in RT APARTMENT is ruled out.

The hotel room was good

Cons:

the staff were not communicating about the discussion of what we had during our Booking time with the owner. Pathetic and worst experience in my life time with this staff behaviour.
Created a big problem at midnight, persons who accommodate with family better don't visit.
