OPO Hotel Exceeded Our Expectations
Pros:

Perfectly located in the centre of Brussels, very spacious room with a view of the old Gothic churches. Comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom all recently renovated. But perhaps the highlight of our stay was the friendliness and professional efficiency of the staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Nothing to to remark upon. Our stay exceeded our expectations in every respect.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, tolle Mitarbeiter am Empfang!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, auch wenn man schlecht parken kann. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Zimmer gut, nichts besonderes. Wasser gab es täglich.

Cons:

Es fehlte an Aufhängemöglichkeiten in unserem Zimmer, kein Restaurant, keine Bar (wird allerdings auf der Homepage erwähnt) dennoch schade. Leichter Schimmel im Bad in der Dusche, da die Lüftung nicht ausreicht.

Cons:

Caro para no tener ni desayuno. Baño incómodo pero vimos otros mejores porque las habitaciones no son iguales. Nuestra habitación justa de tamaño. Le falta mantenimiento para ser bastante nuevo.

Cons:

It was all fantastic but maybe some softer pillow choices as I don’t like firm ones 🙂 but that’s a small suggestion as everything else was great! 👍
