Will book again.
Pros:

Executive Suite was modern, spacious lounge. Large bathroom. Complimentary water. Excellent location - walking distance to eateries, shopping, fish market, grand place and station. Reception staff were excellent (thanks Fernando). Relatively quiet despite being on a busy street. 24hr reception. Wifi. No stairs.

Cons:

Bathroom door knocked into bed /cramped. Insufficient hooks and rails in the bathroom. No bathroom at reception. The entrance was strangly deceptive and we approached with caution and confusion (but the entrance is not reflective of and hides the comforts that are actually in the room itself). No hair conditioner.

Pros:

Room is very spacious. The location is good, all within walking distance. And I like the ceiling windows.

Cons:

I don't like the stairs inside the room. It's not very convenient to bring up the suitcases.

Great location!!
Pros:

Great room in a great location near the old historical center and near great restaurants. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was pretty spacious and modern, as for the bathroom as well. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The only drawbacks were that the stairs for the second level cracked a lot, so when a member of the family would go up to use the bathroom, the stairs would crack a lot waking us up. And the sofa bed was not comfortable and squeaked a lot too.
