Great stay just a shame about the terrible air pollution but the hotel has no control over the Delhi smog

The hotel and staff are so so so money minded that it’s not even a joke. I said I will come by 5pm and will pay at the property . These guys are soo sooo hungry for
Money that they sent me one loooong message with various payment options saying you pay atleast this much by 4 30pm or we deduct money from your card etc etc. Seriously man , I use booking.com globally and have never seen such terrible inefficient money hungry staff

I enjoyed my stay, the staff led by Prakash were quite warm, friendly and committed to providing the best possible serv
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and well designed with modest amenities. The location is another major plus. It’s conveniently close to most institutions and tourist attractions. The meals are also quite sumptuous especially the Indian chicken and butter nan bread.

Cons:

By 10:30pm they have to rush you out of the dining area and there’s no alternative lounge.

Pay a high amount just for a room
Pros:

Good, comfortable rooms. Polite staff.

Cons:

The property did not have even a single recreation. The gym was under construction. No spas, nothing else. Charging such high tariffs even though you don't have any functional recreation is a waste. The booking was non refundable so couldn't do anything when they said everything is under construction. They could have at least lowered the tariff.

I will never book this hotel or recommend to anyone else.
Pros:

Cons:

1. Staff gave me a wrong room in the beginning later I had to verify on my own with my booking number and got it changed.
2. Hotel chef is not good, food wasn't value for money at all. I ordered tea because my body needed it and it was poor in taste each time despite cooking suggestions.
3. Hotel does not have any parking space so it is very risky.
4. Hotel charges a lot of money yet it wasn't worth it.
