Pros:

Appartement proche du vieux centre ville, propre, cuisine toute neuve, chambre au calme. Tous les équipements nécessaires, il y avait même de la lessive pour le lave- linge
La photo de la rue n'est pas représentative du confort, c'est un peu dommage pour le propriétaire car son appartement est vraiment bien

Pros:

Locatie is super, op loopafstand van het centrum, een supermarkt en restaurants in de buurt. Parkeerplaats voor de deur kan worden gereserveerd. Alles is verder aanwezig. Contact met de verhuurder verloopt vlot.

Cons:

In principe niks. Een aantal extra afvalzakken zou handig zijn en het douchegordijn komt als je niet oppast naar beneden omdat de stang geklemd zit en niet vast zit.

Great place to stay in Friburg
Pros:

Very good location, close to the old town about 15 minute walk. Lots of transportation options around. Cafe and bar in the same building, grocery shops around the corner.
The apartment is pretty big, 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and a large living room with a huge couch and a sofa bed for 2.
Kitchen is fully stocked for up to 6 people. All instructions are clear. Bathroom is clean and has plenty of towels. Dishwasher and washer tablets are provided.
It is really a good place to stay in this town.

Cons:

Only if I have to point it out- the double bed in the smaller room is actually a full size bed with 2 mattresses. Good for kids, might be smallish for adults.
Everything else is great.

Ich habe selten so einen freundlichen Vermieter gehabt!
Pros:

Der Vermieter war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Bei Rückfragen hat er sofort geantwortet und war überaus nett. Dafür möchte ich mich noch einmal bedanken! Aus diesem Grunde würde ich immer wieder in die Wohnung zurückkehren.
Die Lage ist gut; direkt vor der Tür ist eine Straßenbahn, die den Schlaf nachts dennoch nicht beeinträchtigt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem (die Schlafcouch ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen).
Direkt vor der Tür konnten wir ein Parkplatz anmieten. Dieser sollte asap reserviert werden.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich guten Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas optimiert werden, so hat es beispielsweise nur zwei Suppenteller gegeben.
Eine kleine Nachttischlampe wäre wünschenswert.

Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Piccolo ma confortevole
Pros:

Letti comodi, anche se alcuni un po' cigolanti. In casa, anche se piccola, c'è tutto il necessario. Doccia spaziosa e con un buon getto. La posizione é perfetta per girare il centro con i mezzi pubblici. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Appartamento pulitissimo. Parcheggio sotto casa, da pagare in aggiunta, comodissimo. Possibilità di connettersi a Disney+ e Netflix direttamente dalla TV dell'alloggio. Bonus: la caffetteria sotto casa è ottima e fa degli ottimi cappuccini italiani.

Cons:

Il letto matrimoniale é composto da due letti singoli e i materassi sono separati, quindi a seconda delle esigenze può essere un po' scomodo.
