We didn't like anything this is not a hotel this is a scam disgusting place
I suggest everyone not to go near

Cons:

We didn't like the place. It's an old, smelly building. The rooms are all moldy and smell of cigarettes. The sheets are stained. You can imagine what stains they are. We booked 4 rooms for 6 nights and as soon as we saw the place, we ran away and didn't even stay 10 minutes. Of course, the lady at the reception refused to give us a refund. This is not a hotel, it's a scam.

It was ok for money

Cons:

Staff steal my money and management didn’t help even I submit police report. Very rude staff. Specially front reception team. It seems they stole my 11000 bath together

Pros:

We have stayed at the two sister hotels over the years to January 2020 (and the arrival of Covid).And we always enjoyed our stays - friendly staff, nice food, and comfortable clean rooms.

Cons:

We booked into the Welcome Plaza from the 10th December for 5 nights, and pre paid. We left on the following morning after breakfast ( of tea and toast).
