Nice location ,clean room and nice stuff
Pros:

The stuff is good
The room was good and clean
The location is not bad 25 minutes walk
The hotel street is good and full with all services and shops and people
We were on floor 9 and did not hear any noise or crowd which is good
They provide at the reception Saudi Qahwa and date and water with cucumber and lemon

Cons:

Although the location is not too far from the Haram it’s 25 min walking, to enter the building of the hotel you have to walk like 300 meters on a bridge beside the cars with no sidewalk for so not really safe

The AC did not work very well however the weather was good but if were in summer it will be big problem

They did not provide water everyday in the room

Good
Pros:

The hotel rooms and amenities are well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and Nice. It is maybe 15 minutes from haram by foot but it is UPHILL so it is very hard. They have suhoor and aftar buffet.

Cons:

It is UPHILL walk to masjid Haram so it is hard to climb.
I went during Ramadan so I can't say anything about other days but for us the Shuttle didn't drop off directly at haram but at some other area, below attached is the image from where he dropped us off and it's distance from clock tower.
Also the driver was not able to pick us up to return from the location he dropped us off.
Maybe due to Ramadan but The Taxi took a really long time and took 100sr.

الوقت لازم يكون فيه دخول فتره الصباح صعب المعتمر يوصل الصباح ومايدخل لشقه هذي الملاحظه يجب ان تنظرون بعين الاعتبار لتعبانيين من السفر واسوه بالفنادق الصباح تخش اذا حضرت
