Cons:

Bad service. We had to call multiple times just to get water. Food was also really bad. We ordered paneer but it was smelly and not good. We had stomach issues after eating that paneer. Rooms were not cleaned properly.

Firstly I should say, the view from the rooms were excellent.
The rooms were also very clean and neat. This is a must try resort if you want to stay near Munnar.
Food was good. Complementary breakfast was provided but dinner was payable.
Altogether, the stay experience was awesome.

The place is very beautiful and the atmosphere is cool, you do not need a fan or air conditioner, and the location is on the mountain and the place is psychologically comfortable, but there are no services near the hotel, but there is food in the hotel and their food is good and clean, and whoever is going to Munnar must spend the money in Kochi because the exchange rate in Munnar is low and in Kochi the exchange rate is better and the staff are kind and know the English language

Cons:

Hot water is available, but the hot water is only open at 7 am and 7 pm due to the weather, but the staff are kind. When we want hot water, we ask them and they open it for us right away. For your information, all the hotels in Munnar have the same hot water policy.
