It was great that the hotel let us check in early, which really helped us out. The room was also fully equipped and clean.
I would recommend that the hotel pay more attention to the pool and the area around it; it didn't look very clean. Also, some of the staff had trouble speaking English.
Globalement, nous ne regrettons rien, pour autant la présentation faite sur Booking nous apparaît surfaite et entraîne forcément de la déception par rapport à la réalité.
L’environnement de la piscine mériterait un sérieux nettoyage et rafraîchissement : vers l’accès des toilettes et douches, les chaises longues cassées et trouées, les plantes aux abords de la piscine ne sont au meilleur de leur forme…

The roof top pool, steps up were not maintained well, the pool area was scruffy, pool looked unkept

The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. The gym, even with this equipment, was a good addition. Breakfast was fair.
The pool space was poor and the pool water wasn’t clear enough to use it twice. I think that since the pool is a part of the facilities, they should present it better.
All staff were very kind and helpful. I think this used to be a premium hotel but it really needs improvement for the price.
Our air conditioner worked on occasion. Hanoi is in a heat wave so we really needed the air con. My husband ate the breakfast meats and I didn’t, he had diarrhea for 24 hours, air conditioning decided to not work so it was really uncomfortable for him. They sent maintenance up to fix it on day 2 of 4, we finally asked to be moved to a new room on day 3, which they did. The pool area pictures do not match what it actually looks like. Loungers are broken, and I don’t think the pool was serviced at all while we were there. Pool wasn’t clean.
Loved the rooftop pool and the friendliness of the staff, rooms were clean and AC was great. Breakfast was good too, all well worth the price
Signs mentioned rooftop bar from our 8th floor room, however there was no bar, either remove these signs or add a bar!
Zimmer war gut, der Rest nicht so
Raum vor dem gym ist wie ein Abstellraum, die Toilette beim gym hatte weder Toilettenpapier noch Papiertücher. Nach der Suche nach Klopapier habe ich einen offenen Müllbeutel (?) in einem Schrank gefunden, mit Fliegen und Schimmel… pool area sieht auch heruntergekommen aus und habe den Pool deshalb nicht genutzt
