Avoid at all cost!
Cons:

This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Hotel was booked for friends, who were significantly overcharged upon their arrival without realising. Despite the manager acknowledging the error he declined to refund at first. After some pressure he agreed, but then made a series of promises that were all false and he ultimately did not refund. This is no less than disguised theft.

The best place to be!
Pros:

The hotel is located at a quiet and secluded place. I really loved that. The rooms look even more better than the pictures posted. The staff were very friendly, from the receptionist, Ben who calls you once you make the booking in case of any follow up questions, the receptionists, the guard, and the chef. All amazing. Would highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again.
