No breakfast but a nice location which had close access to traditional markets, store fronts, banks and gov. Also not far from bus station.
No complaints.
High quality for Value
No color printer and restaurant was overpriced. Seen like a good place for corrupt, criminal, human rights violating law enforcement students from usa to hang out at too; if you're into that sort of stuff.
