Centrum miasta, wszędzie jest blisko. Pokoje bardzo czyste. Znakomite jedzenie i bardzo miła obsługa.

Hotel jest blisko plaży. Wygodne pokoje z klimatyzacją oraz balkonem. Restauracja oferuje pyszne posiłki i to wszystko z widokiem na morze.
Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.
Hotel jest godny polecenia 🙂

A very well-located brand and new small hotel with a beautiful view from the sea facing rooms. There is a parking area right next to the hotel which is a huge bonus as street parking can be difficult. The owners were very friendly and there is a restaurant on site. I expected to hear the noisy beach bars from our room but we could not hear them at all. It suited our needs perfectly.

Fantastic place to stay in Ksmail . Location perfect for exploring the area accessing trips and tours, and experiencing both busy and quiet areas .
The hotel room was perfect, clean, comfortable and with a sea view . Despite being near loud bars on the sea front, once we closed doors there was no noise we were undisturbed and slept really well .
Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying amazing sunsets .
The staff were all pleasant and helpful . The young lad that served breakfast, was so lovely and did a great job . The amount of food was very generous , more than we could eat !
The bus to Sarande was outside the hotel so ideal for getting back to the ferry port .
Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again !

colazione buona offerta di prodotti sia dolce che salato ed ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta con il sorriso dallo staff che è molto gentile e cordiale.
Ottima la pulizia della camere in particolare. Le camere con vista sul mare al tramonto regalano uno spettacolo mozzafiato ottima posizione, in centro a due passi dalla movida con le camere ben insonorizzate che riparano dai rumori notturni

The staff were fabulous and location was great... the closest beach is the busiest but easy to walk a short way to a more relaxed beach and atmosphere. The hotel breakfast so good. Highly recommend for a stay that is easy and good value for Ksamil.

The location, the view, the staff, breakfast. Even a special request that was requested before going to the hotel was completed perfectly.
Everything was up to the highest standards!

The location of the hotel was great. It was very clean and neat. The breakfast was also delicious, and the restaurant in general was good. The staff was kind and welcoming. The view of our room was breathtaking.

Die Location, alles war in der Nähe. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, Balkon sehr schöne Aussicht.

Úžasná lokalita, v centre a pritom blízko plaze.

Très belle vue du balcon. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. 100 m de la plage. On a adoré cet hôtel et on la recommande sans hésitation.

Gün batımını eşsiz güzelliği ile izleyebileceğiniz odalara sahipler, odalar ve restoran gayet temizdi. Check in saatimiz 11.00 olmasına rağmen 07.00da girişimizi yaptık, kahvaltının yanına, kahvaltıya dahil olmayan ürünlerden sipariş verdik, her seferinde ödemek istememize rağmen kabul etmediler, otel konum olarak da poda, foga beach gibi buranın bilinen işletmelerine 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, kendine ait otopark alanı da mevcut, her şeyden memnun kaldık 🙏
