Een goed hotel op een prachtige plek maar wel iets verouderd
Pros:

De ligging is geweldig en iedere avond live muziek. Behulpzaam personeel!

Very Good.
Pros:

Location near the Old Town. Good exteriors of the Hotel building. Good breakfast. Staff co-operative and Good.

Cons:

As the hotel is high area, if you come out in the city by walking then going back to hotel you have little climb the slope. No balconies found in our room, only window glasses. Otherwise all good.

Cons:

The sound isolation is terrible. We couldn't sleep from 6:30 a.m. because the restaurant above the rooms was already being prepared by the staff. It sounded like a herd of horses was running overhead. The doors slam loudly, and people shout in the hallway, making it feel as though they're inside the room. The noise insulation is extremely poor, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Красивый отель недалеко от исторического центра города.
Pros:

Кратко: удобно расположенный красивый отель с хорошим рестораном и комфортным спа.

РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕ. Отель расположен идеально - можно дойти пешком до любых достопримечательностей. Караван-сарай находится прямо на выходе из отеля на улицу.
ПАРКОВКА. Собственная парковка у отеля, мест всегда достаточно.
НОМЕРА. Просторный номер, удобная кровать. Немного усталая мебель. В номере тихо, несмотря на то, что у нас окна выходили на улицу.
ОТЕЛЬ. Красивый отель, спа с достаточно большим бассейном .
ПЕРСОНАЛ. Вежливый и отзывчивый, помогали по всем вопросам.
РЕСТОРАН. Завтрак: шведский стол - яйца, овощи, молочка (очень вкусные сливки), фрукты, каши, выпечка, колбасы, сладкое, кофе из фильтра. Ходили в ресторан на ужин - всё очень понравилось: отличная кухня и местные вина, нормальные цены.
ОБЩЕЕ ВПЕЧАТЛЕНИЕ. Выбором остались довольны, посетим при возможности ещё раз.

Cons:

Время работы спа - только до 21:00 и уже в 20:45 просят покинуть зону бассейна.

Pros:

The property was nice. I was happy that my guests had options for activities at the hotel. We travelled with a child, and she enjoyed the pool immensely. The staff was courteous, and we were able to communicate well once we overcame the language barrier. The sites were within walking distance or easily reached by car. The community was very welcoming. My masseuse Aynur was exceptional!

Cons:

The breakfast options were limited. As a spot that caters to tourists, I expected a better range of food options (even if it was a Continental breakfast). I just stuck to eggs and juice. The omelette I had on day 2 was good.
