Pros:

Struttura situata in ottima posizione, vicino alle principali attrazioni della città.
Colazione a buffet super, del tipo continentale, con sia dolce che salato. SPA inclusa nel prezzo con una super piscina e sauna e palestra.
Personale accogliente, camere ben pulite

Cons:

Unico problema riscontrato era nel bagno, la vasca utilizzata per fare la doccia perdeva acqua

Das Hotel befindet sich an einem schönen Ort. In der Nähe gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht genügend Komfort und Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Es ist sehr eng, im Badezimmer kann man sich kaum umdrehen. Die Möbel sind abgenutzt.

Konum olaraq çox gözəl yerdədir, tamda gəzməli olan yerlərin tam ortasında. Qarşılama çox gözəl oldu, otağa chek in olmagimizi gözləyərkən çay ikram etmələri çox ürəy açan oldu.

Cons:

SPA da sauna, buxar işləməməsi xəyal qırıqlığı oldu, bunu öncədən məlumat vermək olardı. Səhər yeməyində yalnız ləpələr dadsız demək olar dadı heç yox idi qovrulmamışdı və chek in olan zaman otağa qalxmaqda 1 əməkdaş yanımızda olsa gözəl olardı, otağı tapmaqda çətinlik çəkdik.

Hamamnan pis qoxu gəlirdi. İstədik vannanı istifadə edək isti su gəlmədi( yalnız vannanın krantınnan) ustəlik vannanın trapınnan da iy gəlirdi və tüklər çıxırdı! Səhər yeməyi də qənaətbəxşdən aşağı səviyyədə. Məsləhət görərdim yeməklərin keyfiyyətinə fikir verəsiniz. Bir söznən desəm otelin lokasiyasına görə çox zəif, Şəkidə ilk ağla gələn otel olaraq çox pis.

Personalın peşəkarlığı və gülərüzlülüyü çox xoşuma gəldi. Xüsusilə xidmət səviyyəsi və qonaqlara olan diqqət yüksək səviyyədə idi. Otelin yeri mərkəzdə yerləşir,otaqlar isə təmiz və rahat idi. Kiçik bir problem yarandıqda operativ şəkildə həll olundu. İşçi heyəti çox yardımsevərdir. Xidmətdən məmnun qaldıq.😊
