Modern, convenient location.

Cons:

*Staff was not helpful and lots of things didn’t work.
*Only one big towel and one hand towel for 2 people. Had to go down to reception to ask for more. Never came. Had to go a second time and wait for extra set of towels.
*The Netflix wasn’t working at all. Wasn’t connecting. I told them about 3 times they never came to see if they could fix it. I stayed 5 days.
*Run out of toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to go down to ask for a roll.
*no napkins on the breakfast basket or paper towels in the room.
* Blanket in the room old and disgusting. Stained with yellow stain
*Telephone in the room to reception didn’t work. Not connected. Told them. Never got fixed.
*Very very old different towels for the pool only 4 available each day for 20 chairs. Therefore always dirty and used. Asked for new ones. No one came or ever helped with that request either.
*Asked for an hour of late check out they told me I had to pay for one whole day.

Personal gentil y bien dispuesto, departamento neutro, con lo necesario para estar de paso.

Cons:

En la página yo había reservado un departamento con 3 camas, una de ellas separada de las otras dos, pero había solo una cama matrimonial.
Nos cambiaron la pieza.

Pros:

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Desayuno OK, pero no estábamos preocupados de eso sino en que las instalaciones fueran cómodas. La relación precio calidad es muy buena.

El perfecto sitio para descansar
Pros:

El desayuno fue sorprendentemente bueno
Un ambiente muy agradable y acogedor
La ubicación es perfecta. Todo muy cerca y de fácil acceso

Cons:

Quizás sería bueno agregar más utensilios de cocina, especialmente cuchillos para cortar
Pero lo que más extrañe fue que no había ningún tipo de cafetera para hacer mi café de la mañana

Una opción razonable en Barnechea, para alojarse en barrio Trapenses

Amplitud de las habitaciones y la piscina de la terraza

Cons:

Para el desayuno podrían considerar alguna proteína (ojala dejar unos huevos) y alguna fruta. De todas maneras uno debe prepararse el desayuno asique igual debimos salir a comprar huevos y fruta. La cantidad de pan, mantequilla y mermelada que dejaban se perdía (le paso lo mismo también a mi hermana que se alojo en otras dos habitaciones, ninguno comíamos tanto pan) Los domingos no hacen limpieza.

Las instalaciones son muy lindas, las vistas y la ubicación es espectacular.

Cons:

La limpieza podría ser mejor, había polvo, el piso se sentía pegajoso y al baño aparentemente solo lo despapelaban. Sugiero aspirar y mantener el piso más limpio.

Estadia ótima só não perfeita por conta da limpeza
Pros:

Camas confortáveis, bonito e bem decorado liberdade de ir e vir e boa localização acima de uma galeria e ao lado de um centro de compras.
Estacionamento incluso acessado via digital tb foi ótimo.
Café da manhã é tipo self service, deixado na sua geladeira, porém deixou muito a desejar.

Cons:

A limpeza do lugar era ruim, as camas estavam limpas e o banheiro também, toalhas e roupa de cama sem cheiro, mas o chão encardido como se nunca tivessem passado um pano, andávamos de chinelo.
