Pros:

The Jacuzzi an the fireplace were lovely, the breakfast they served us was excellent! Great variety and so fresh

Cons:

You need a car to get around sapanca, but thats the case of all hotels there.

The view of the hotel is really good.

Cons:

The room was lacking of a lot of things. We took the highest and most expensive one in the hotel but the Lights inside are really bothering, they are all shiny white and controlled by one bottom!! There was no enough towels and there was no tissues at all, and when we asked the receptionist he said it is not allowed to give from the owner!!! The bathroom and the jacuzzi need to be maintained. The swimming pool is cold, they don't have heat exchanger. Other than that everything was ok.

المكان واصحاب الفندق واللي يشتغلون فيه ولا احلى منهم 🤍

المكان جميل جدا والاطلالة رائعة والشباب والبنات اللي يشتغلوا بالمكان طيبين وحبوبين خصوصا يوسف اهنيهم عليه محترم وكريم وشهم اتمنى انهم مايفرطوا فيه ابدا
