Pleasant, comfortable and great price
Pros:

The place was quite easy to find and was close to most places where we wanted to go.
The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Everything you would need in an apartment. Beautiful view of the canal and a nice walking track around the canal to get your steps up in the afternoon or early morning.

Cons:

The bedrooms didn't have it's own aircon, so it was a bit hot in there. Had to leave the door open to get the aircon from the living room.

Where do I start….

Firstly I think the email regarding the check in should be a lot more clear, we walked around for ages trying to find the keys because you can’t see anything behind the trees. We booked Broadwater and ended up in Saltwater which should have been made more clear for check in. As a European tourist it would be helpful to put in the email how to get down to the basement as I have never come across anywhere where you need the key!

Within the apartment there were multiple issues… the sofa was disgustingly stained and we thankfully found a blanket to sit on because it was horrible. The apartment felt dirty and needs a refresh.
Now for the problem that ruined our experience - leaking taps in the apartment!! I had all of my belongings ruined as they were in a draw that was flooded, we had a constant leak over the floor and behind the tap in the bathroom and toilet which is ridiculous when you cannot use the taps!
We called reception and were told it was going to be looked at and were 99% sure it wasn’t because the leak got worse.

Do not book this place unless you want to deal with loud neighbours and thin walls, dirty sofas and leaking taps that ruin your things unless you don’t use the draws. Complete waste of money!!!
