the location is great.
Pros:

the breakfast is so so. the noodles are not cooked enough.

Cons:

the toilet. DIRTY. i cant event step on the floor cuz it dirty.

Pros:

The hotel is located nicely in the city center of jakarta. You can just easily grab a grab or gojek to your locations you want to go to. And theres also an indomart and alfamart next to the hotel for necessities.

Cons:

The hygiene overall in the hotel isn’t the best. When we arrived, there were stains on the bedsheet and pillows. We requested the staff to change it for us. They changed it, it was clean. But after the next few days they changed the sheets again during room cleaning service, but then there were stains again on the bedsheets.

All okay in the end
Pros:

Location very easy to all shopping area. Got convenience store around and nice martabak manis place across the street. The manager is nice and trying to compensate about their wifi issue.

Cons:

Staff didn't fully informed me about their wifi being down for almost whole day when I checked in so I need to work using my own hotspot. I know we arrive quite late but I didn't get all the room ready and need to wait 5-10 mins. Plus there is one room i reserved isn't available. Staff also failed to mention where the restaurant to have breakfast. Just mainly disappointed with the staff that handled my checked in.

Pros:

The room has excellent air conditioning and is very clean. It is equipped with a safe, a refrigerator, slippers, and a hairdryer. The staff service is very good—they even helped with carrying luggage. The location is convenient, close to a shopping mall, and there’s a convenience store and an ATM right across the street. However, the room is a bit small, and the lobby has no air conditioning, making it very hot.

房间空调很好，也很干净，有保险箱冰箱拖鞋，吹风机，员工服务很好，帮忙拿行李，位置离商场很近，对面就是便利店ATM，房间不大，大堂没有空调很热需要空调
