Very comfortable and clean hotel with great amenities and a convenient location near the shopping district.
Pros:

•The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bathroom was bright with good white lighting.
•The bed was comfortable and had a very fluffy comforter.
•Amenities were complete, including hair dryers and laundry machines available in the hotel.
•The location is great, only a few minutes’ walk to the shopping district.
•Staff were friendly and helpful.
•Overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Cons:

•If you want the room cleaned, you need to call the front desk since there is no “please clean room” sign available for the door (only a “do not disturb” sign).
•After a couple of days, someone entered the room to change the towels even though we did not request cleaning or call the front desk, which was a bit unexpected.
•The room is comfortable but may feel slightly tight if you have two medium-sized suitcases open at the same time.

Pros:

事前チェックインで、スムーズにチェックインできました。
雨が降っていたのですが、貸し出し用の傘もありました。
お部屋には、フェイスタオルとバスタオルが用意されていて、残りのアメニティ（バスローブや綿棒など）はフロントから必要分を持っていくスタイルです。
お部屋はキレイに掃除されていました。
御堂筋からは少し離れていますが、なんば駅まで歩ける距離ですし、このお値段なら良いと思います。

Cons:

シャワーの排水はイマイチです。
スーツケースを置くバゲージラックが無かったので、ベッドに置いていました。
部屋にも鏡があると良かったと思います。
